As China's population aging trend continues to intensify,the huge elderly population has brought heavy pressure on the development of China's old-age education.According to the "Elderly Education Development Plan(2016-2020)" issued by the General Office of the State Council: China has more than 7 million elderly people studying in institutions such as senior universities,and tens of millions of seniors participate in learning through community and distance education.However,due to the shortage of schools,weak teachers,lack of teaching resources and physical and mental disabilities,the elderly are unable to enter the old-age education institutions such as senior universities to participate in the study.Due to its short time,refined content,novel form,easy to spread,easy to obtain,and free of charge,the micro-course of old-age education is quickly applied in the education of the elderly.However,due to the development of the micro-curricular education for the elderly,it is inevitable that there will be such problems,which will result in the failure to achieve the desired communication and learning effects.The micro-course on old-age education relies on websites,clients,CDs,etc.to spread among the elderly.This paper takes the micro-class of the elderly education in the WeChat public platform as the research object,and uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,observation and case analysis to study the current situation of the micro-class of the elderly education based on the WeChat public platform.Firstly,based on the analysis of the characteristics and needs of the micro-class learners in the old-age education,the author summarizes the ideal requirements to be followed in the design of the micro-class for the elderly education based on the WeChat public platform.Then,we selected six WeChat public platforms with a wide range of people's attention and high influence,and observed the micro-courses on the 47-story platform to re-examine the old education micro-courses on the existing WeChat public platform.Idealized design requirements,combined with specific cases to deeply analyze the problems of these old education micro-courses.Finally,it is found that neglecting the objective needs of learners,regardless of the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly,and designing the micro-courses for the elderly with subjective experience is a common problem in the main body of the WeChat public platform.Based on this,the author puts forward constructive optimization andimprovement countermeasures from the two aspects of WeChat public platform and old education micro-class.I hope that the old education micro-course based on WeChat public platform can provide learning services for elderly learners better.
