A new generation of high school students is already an aboriginal in the information age.Fragmented reading and mobile learning driven by network platforms such as WeChat have penetrated into everyone's life,which will inevitably affect the learning habits of middle school students.How to guide students to find ways to improve their ability to learn in the information age is an issue that frontline teachers cannot avoid.Through investigation and analysis,combined with the teaching practice in recent years,the author discusses the following issues:1.Discuss the related concepts of micro-course,micro-lesson and active learning;2.Take the topic of "Genetic Replication and Expression" as an example to discuss the design method of micro-course;3.Explore the construction of WeChat learning platform based on WeChat as the carrier and micro-course;4.Use the experimental scheme before and after to study the influence of the application of the WeChat learning platform on students' active learning;The research content and analysis results are summarized as follows:The author discusses the relevant concepts of micro-course,micro-lesson and active learning.Micro-lesson should include complete teaching design,lead-in,student activity,teacher activity,and summary.Micro-lesson is not only a teaching video,but also provides students with self-learning task lists and teaching materials.Micro-courses are"courses" first,but they can be smaller than "courses" in the scope of concepts.At the same time,micro-course is also a complete course module based on micro-lesson.The author divides the characteristics of active learning into six dimensions as the evaluation index of active learning effect,namely,interest dimension,independence and autonomy dimension of learning,acquisition of deeper knowledge dimension,moderate competition and cooperation dimension,discipline literacy dimension,self-motivation and eliminating interference dimension.In the micro-course and micro-course classification,duration,material selection,teaching mode,ways to ensure learning effect and teaching in accordance with the teaching of different levels of teaching,the micro-course and micro-course design are considered.Based on the classification and thinking of micro-courses,the author designed the topical micro-course of Gene Replication and Expression.Combining micro-course with the Wechat public platform,the author designs a Wechat learning platform that could realize the goal of combining students' watching and practicing,learning and reviewing,so as to provide methods and strategies for how to construct learning platform.In this thesis,the experimental study is conducted in a before-and-after manner.Before providing students with Wchat learning platform,an investigation on students'active learning in biology disciplines is made to obtain students' active learning level in biology disciplines before providing Wechat learning platform,and explore students'ideas and suggestions for biology classes,especially investigating students' acceptance of Wechat public platform-based micro-course learning.The same survey is conducted on the same group after students are provided with the WeChat learning platform,and conclusion is drawn by analyzing single factor analysis of variance on active attribution in the pre-and post-survey.The data show that after provided Wechat learning platform,students have better performance than before in terms of the six dimension of active learning.The research shows that the combination of the micro-course and the WeChat public platform has a positive effect compared with the previous teaching methods,and the effective aspect is to enhance the initiative of the high school students' learning biology.
