Research On EQ Education In Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Colleges And Universities

The ideological and political education of college students is an important part of the cultivation of higher education talents,and it bears the important task of cultivating socialist qualified builders and reliable successors.At present,if ideological and political education truly reflects the epochal character,grasps the regularity,rich in creativity,and enhances the effectiveness,it must keep pace with the times and constantly adjust the educational content and educational methods.The injection of emotional intelligence theory has added new vitality to ideological and political education.It not only promotes the development of students' emotional intelligence,but also plays an invaluable role in promoting the realization of ideological and political education goals.As the main channel of ideological and political education,ideological and political theory courses must focus on the emotional quotient(EQ)education of college students,and strive to train college students into high-quality talents that are in harmony with the political,ideological,moral and psychological coordination of social needs.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the existing data,this paper introduces the meaning and importance of ideological and political theory courses and emotional intelligence,focuses on the relationship between ideological and political theory courses and emotional intelligence,clarifies the necessity and feasibility of introducing emotional intelligence theory in college ideological and political theory courses,and lays the foundation for the subsequent writing.Secondly,the questionnaiics of some college students in Tianjin are combined with the survey results and statistics to analyze the current situation of EQ education in college ideological and political theory courses.The investigation found that there are many urgent problems in the emotional intelligence education in college ideological and political theory courses:the awareness of emotional intelligence education in ideological and political theory courses needs to be improved,the exploration of emotional intelligence education content in ideological and political theory courses are not enough,the methods of EQ education in ideological and political theory courses are single,and the effectiveness of EQ education in ideological and political theory courses is not strong.By analyzing the reasons form the views of traditional teaching thoughts and emotional intelligence theory,the crux of the problems is explored.Finally,in view of these problems in the process of education,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,mainly elaborates on the four aspects of principles:ways,contents and methods,and strives to systematically and comprehensively solve the problems in the process of EQ education.In short,the overall purpose of all these studies is only one point:to enhance the scientific,pertinence and effectiveness of college ideological and political theory colurses,to help college students establish a correct world outlook,life outlook,and value outlook,and to train qualified builders and reliable successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
