Historical data is one of the five core qualities of history discipline listed in the new curriculum standard of high school.It is the key ability and method to understand and explain history,and it is a peculiar thinking quality that students should possess in the process of history learning.The cultivation of the empirical ability of historical materials is not only the inherent requirement of the curriculum standard of history subject,but also the inner need of the training of the core accomplishment of the history subject.With the deepening of curriculum reform and the cultivation of the concept of "core literacy",the research on positivism in historical data has been widely concerned in the history teaching of middle schools,and the interpretation of historical data is becoming more and more abundant.More and more educational researchers realize that the training of historical data in the history teaching of middle school is not only the basic requirement of history learning,but also one of the important themes that always run through middle school history teaching.Based on the starting point of curriculum reform and the reality of middle school history teaching,this paper,based on some previous research achievements,discusses the training significance,training principles and training strategies of historical data in middle school history teaching.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the definition of the concept.It mainly defines the two concepts of "historical data" and "empirical quality of historical data",clarifies the classification of historical data,and analyzes the connotation of empirical literacy of historical data.The second chapter is the significance of the training of historical materials in the history teaching of middle school.It mainly discusses four aspects: stimulating students' interest in learning history,developing and deepening students' understanding of history,developing students' historical thinking ability and promoting the transformation of students' learning styles.The third chapter is the basic principle of the training of historical data in the history teaching of middle school.It mainly includes four aspects,namely,the principle of science,the principle of diversity,the principle of openness and the principle of gradualism.The fourth chapter is the training strategy of the empirical ability of historical materials in the history teaching of middle school.It mainly includes four aspects:instructing the students to grasp the methods of collecting historical data,helping students identify the direction of historical data,helping students strengthen the identification and textual research of historical materials,and cautiously use the "virtual historical data".
