investigating the league basketball team events and related factors,and provide scientific basis and reference for the independent college basketball team and its management,event related organization management is reduced.Local authorities have not paid enough attention to the league.The investment of the related departments is not enough,and the enterprise sponsorship is not actively promoted.The relevant departments do not do the qualification examination.Second,the competition system of the league is not reasonable and needs to be improved.Third,the coach's young structure is too young,not very reasonable.Coaches have low degree of specialization.The coach's scientific research level is general,and the initiative of independent scientific research is not high.The trainers have less training opportunities and lack of sufficient relearning ways.The coach's teaching years are short and the level of teaching experience is not high.The training plan of the coach needs to be perfected and the training volume is small.Fourth,the athletes lack the high level of competition experience,the level of sports is general.There are significant differences in physical indicators between some teams.The contradiction between the athletes' training and training is small,but the training is too small to meet the training requirements of the athletes.Fifth,the venues,equipment and funds of the teams are generally not fully satisfied with the coaches and athletes.Sixth,the referees are too young,short of long,high seniority and older referees to control the situation.Part of the field of independent colleges and universities,and increase the opportunities for athletes to participate in the competition.Fourth,participating schools should improve enrollment policy,appropriately reduce athletes' examination requirements,improve school venues,equipment and funds,and strengthen home management.Fifth,participating schools actively employ full-time coaches to increase the training methods of coaches.Coaches should pay attention to the selection of athletes and actively excavate talented athletes.Coaches should strictly formulate training plans,increase the number of weekly training,and ensure the training and training intensity of the team.A coach should learn the knowledge of the referee and actively popularize the rules of basketball.Sixth,improve the age
