The Study Of "Ten Song Lu" Quoted In "Jing Lv Yi Xiang" And Its Original Text

Jing Lv Yi Xiang(??????)is the earliest extant Buddhist reference book in our country.The book quotes scripture and extracts various buddhist documents,and each story has its source.This way provides great help for later generations to check the original text.However,few people have studied it from its source.Among the cited Buddhist Vinaya masterpieces,Sarvastivada-vinaya(?????)appears more frequently,and the corresponding content in it is about seventy thousand words.The amount of variant characters is considerable.With the popular language,two buddhist scriptures are important material for Medieval Chinese research.The academic circle has always paid little attention to Buddhist Vinaya masterpieces,and only explored its cultural value,ignoring the linguistic value of Sarvastivada-vinaya(?????).Therefore,it is quite significant to carry out the study of variant characters.Used parallel corpus construction and information retrieval,comparative approach,combination of itself and circumstantial evidence,this paper has made comprehensive investigation of variant characters.It can be divided into four chapters.The first three chapters are discussed from the perspectives of words,sentences and discourse.The first chapter is variant characters about words.It mainly contains variants,ancient and modern words,mistaken words,synonyms and transliteration words.The second chapter,variant characters about sentences,explores the changes when reference book adapted it.In terms of sentence composition,most of them are omitted,few are increased.In terms of syntactic structure,predicate structures of the source are changed,and there are some special forms of correspondence.In terms of sentence tone,declarative sentences are used more frequently in compare with the original text.The third chapter,variant characters about discourse,finds that principles of selection,deletion and generalization are comprehensively applied on the processing of the organization structure and semantic content.It is the first time to study the corpus from the perspective of discourse.The last chapter discusses the value of this study,such as explaining some words,connecting cognates,modifying the punctuation errors,rectifying collation and excavating the cultural connotation from all kinds of variant characters.
