| Objective: Women’s blood constitution was the object of study.Observe the physical status of patients with blood stasis before and after treatment,the objective quantification indicators of tongue pulse,blood rheology and other changes.The physical constitution of the blood constitution changes and develops without intervention.Methods: 100 females patients with blood stasis were divided into a treatment group and a control group,which 45 people in the treatment group,43 people in the control group.Women in the treatment group took Huoxue quyu plaster,2 times a day,every 25 g plaster,treatment for 45-60 days;patients in the control group as the contrast without any drugs.Both observation groups were required to take fasting venous blood before and after ointment administration to perform hemorheology and coagulation function tests,and use the four diagnostic instruments of TCM to collect data on indicators related to facial,tongue,and pulse status.After that,the constitution of Chinese medicine was judged again.Consequence:1.The average age of the intervention group was 46.69 ±8.24 years,the average age of the control group was 46.22 ± 9.57 years old.The 60 blood stasis constitution women in the two groups had irregular menstrual cycle,less menstruation,blood block,lingual stasis,and hypoglossal choroid,and 28 women with blood stasis in the menopause had many facial spots.Physical pain,sublingual varicose veins and other clinical symptoms.2.Female blood stasis constitution is often combined with Yang deficiency constitution,Qi deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution.After regulating the female blood stasis constitution,the symptoms of dark or brown spots,body pain,skin and purple and bruise,forgetfulness and darkened lip color were lower than before,and the total score of transformation and remote physique of blood stasis constitution decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The RGB-R,RGB-G,HSV-S,HSV-V,Lab-L,Lab-A value of the tongue color index in the tongue image,RGB-R,RGB-G,Lab-L,Lab-A,Lab-B in the tongue part of the tongue are statistically different in the tongue color indexes of the tongue part of the tongue.The values of RGB-R,RGB-G,HSV-H,Lab-L and Lab-A,RGB-R,RGB-G,Lab-L in the orbit,and the changes of the values of RGB-R and Lab-L in the lips and the indexes of the left-handed vein were statistically significant.4.The blood viscosity of total blood viscosity 200,whole blood viscosity 5,plasma viscosity 100,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,whole blood high cut relative index and erythrocyte deformable index TK were 0.024,0.033 and 0.046,0.000,0.003,0.003 < 0.05 respectively.The time of thrombin in the central blood coagulation function was p=0.006 < 0.05,which were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Huoxue quyu plaster can regulate the blood stasis constitution of female,reduce the clinical symptoms of blood stasis,and improve the other biased constitution types.2.Huoxue quyu plaster can increase the color of the face of blood stasis,lighten the facial spots,alleviate the beauty of the black eye,improve the memory,relieve the pain of the body,the skin and the bruises,and the dark color of the lips.3.Huoxue quyu plaster can improve the blood flow of blood stasis constitution women,reduce blood plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,whole blood high cut relative index,red cell deformation index TK index,and have some improvement on fibrinogen;it can prolong the time of partial thromboplastin in blood coagulation function.4.The physical state of traditional Chinese medicine is relatively stable,and the constitution of women’s blood stasis constitution does not carry out effective intervention.In the short term,the condition of the patient’s biased constitution has not been effectively improved. |
