Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Auricular Acupoints Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Adult Female Acne And Its Influence On Sex Hormone

Objective:1.To explore the effect of Ziyin Jiedu recipe combined with auricular point pill pressing and bloodletting therapy on adult female acne of Yin deficiency and fire prosperity type.2.To observe the correlation between Auricular Acupoint pill pressing and bloodletting therapy and the changes of sex hormones.Methods:60 female patients with acne of Yin deficiency and fire prosperity after puberty were collected from the dermatology and Venereology clinic of Oriental Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The general data of 60 patients with acne(including sex,age,occupation,course of disease,emotion,diet,sleep,menstruation,second stool,etc.)and the local data of skin lesion(including skin shape,severity,scar formation,etc.)were collected.The basic sex hormones of the 60 patients before treatment were detected and recorded in the Laboratory Department of Oriental Hospital.Sixty patients were treated separately.The experimental group was treated with Ziyin Jiedu Recipe and auricular acupoint sticking and bloodletting therapy.The control group was treated with Ziyin Jiedu Recipe only.After 4 weeks of treatment,venous blood was taken to detect sex hormones Statistical analysis was carried out to compare the dynamic changes of sex hormones in the two groups before and after treatment,and to analyze the effects of Ziyin Jiedu Recipe and auricular acupoint sticking and bloodletting therapy and sex.Hormone correlation.At the same time,the changes of skin lesions after treatment were recorded,and the scores of skin lesions and concurrent symptoms were recorded,compared with those before treatment,for the evaluation of curative effect and statistical analysisResults:1.After rank sum test analysis,the two groups of patients’comprehensive integral,skin lesion integral and concurrent symptom integral were compared before and after their own,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Rank sum test analysis of rank data showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.041<0.05),indicating that there was a difference in the comprehensive effect between the two groups after treatment;the comprehensive effect of the experimental group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.3.Rank sum test analysis of grade data showed that there was a significant difference in the efficacy of skin lesions between the two groups(P=0.010<0.05),indicating that there was a difference in the efficacy of skin lesions between the two groups after treatment;the comprehensive efficacy of the experimental group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.4.According to the rank sum test of graded data,the difference of the skin lesions in the two weeks was statistically significant(P=0.010<0.05),indicating that there were differences between the two groups in the treatment of skin lesions after 2 weeks of treatment;The experimental group had a skin lesion of 96.7%and a control group of 73.3%.5.By rank sum test analysis of rank data,there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the two groups(P=0.051>0.05).6.After testing the basic sex hormone levels of all patients,statistical analysis was used There were no significant differences in luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL),estrogen-to-androgen ratio(E2/T)between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).7.Comparing the mean and standard deviation of each hormone level between the two groups,it was found that after treatment,E2 and P values in the experimental group were relatively higher and T values were relatively lower;E2,T and P values in the control group were relatively higher;there was no obvious regularity in the comparison of other sex hormone levels before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Compared with the oral administration of Ziyin Jiedu recipe,Ziyin Jiedu recipe combined with auricular acupoint compression pill and bloodletting therapy for the treatment of yin deficiency and fire-type adult female acne has better comprehensive curative effect and skin lesion effect,in the onset time,Ziyin Jiedu recipe combined with auricular pressure pills and bloodletting therapy for the treatment of yin deficiency and fire-type adult female acne is shorter than the oral administration of Ziyin Jiedu.In the case of comorbid treatment other than skin lesions,the two groups were equally effective2.By comparing the sex hormone test of each group,we can’t confirm the effect of Ziyin Jiedu Recipe combined with auricular point pill pressing and bloodletting therapy on hormone production,but from the point of view of skin lesion changes before and after treatment,combined with historical literature,and considering the existing problems,we can’t deny both auricular point pill pressing and bloodletting therapy and the regulation of patient’s hormone level.The correlation between them.
