Purpose:In clinical practice,it is found that the attacks of bronchial asthma patients are mostly caused by exogenous pathogens at the turn of seasons, and these symptoms are mostly related to the deficiency of lung qi in Traditional Chinese medicine and the lack of external defense.Meanwhile,it is also found that the incidence of bronchial asthma patients is accompanied by the increase of total IgE in serum.Western medicine reduces the level of free IgE in serum through anti-ige antibody drugs, which ultimately inhibits inflammation, but the effect is limited, and it will increase the economic burden of patients.Currently on lung health dysfunctional symptoms(shortness of breath, sweating out cold, cough, easy to catch a cold, and cold limbs)and serum total IgE,bronchial asthma airway reactivity whether there is a correlation, the literature reported less, based on this, explore the lung function character and tracheal asthma disease who evolution relationship between serum total IgE,ar,in order to provide the basis for clinical.methods:Under the guidance of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine,a retrospective study was conducted to develop a clinical case information collection table in accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for bronchial asthma diseases.Acquisition of china-japan friendship hospital record room well-preserved,from September 2016 to September 2019 in china-japan friendship hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of hospitalized patients with pulmonary disease division general information(name, age, height, weight, disease stage, allergy)and clinical features, lung function(sweat out of the cold, and cold limbs, easy to catch a cold, cough, shortness of breath),disease stage, serum total IgE,airway reactivity index(FVC%,FEV1%,FEV1%FVC,PEF%,MEF75%,MMEF75/25),truthfully record the relevant information.Descriptive statistical methods were used to summarize the distribution characteristics of pulmonary health symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma, and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the difference of pulmonary health symptoms in different stages of bronchial asthma, and the correlation between pulmonary health symptoms and serum total IgE and airway reactivity indicators was analyzed.Results:1.According to the description and statistical analysis of the distribution of pulmonary health symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma, more than half of the patients have symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, easy sweating, and susceptibility to colds, and less than half of the patients have varying degrees of chills and chills. The total score of pulmonary health function of three groups of patients with different degrees of bronchial asthma was compared, and the statistical results were different. The more severe bronchial asthma was,the higher the score of pulmonary health function disorder was.The pulmonary health symptoms of patients with different stages of asthma were compared, and the statistical results showed that there were differences in the distribution of individual symptoms in the acute onset and chronic duration of the disease.2.Pulmonary health function is correlated with total IgE in bronchial asthma serum.Stratified by age, pulmonary dysfunction symptomatology, individual symptoms as single factor and serum total IgE,airway reactivity test indicators do Spearman rank correlation analysis, results show that the age of 30 patients with bronchial asthma or less easy to catch a cold symptom severity and serum total IgE were positively correlated, ranging in age from 30 to 40 years old who lung function in patients with bronchial asthma disorders between total symptom severity and serum total IgE were positively correlated, and cold limbs cold, cough symptom severity and serum total IgE were positively correlated; The severity of cold symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma was positively correlated with serum total IgE.3.Lung health function symptoms are correlated with airway hyperresponsiveness.Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed for pulmonary health symptoms and airway response indicators in patients with bronchial asthma, stratified by age.The results showed that shortness of breath and severity of cough symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma ≤30 years old were positively correlated with MMEF75/25,and the severity of cold symptoms was negatively correlated with FEV1%.In patients aged 40-50 years, there was a negative correlation between the degree of pulmonary function symptoms and FVC%,and the symptoms of shortness of breath were negatively correlated with FVC%.The severity of cough symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma aged 50-60 years was negatively correlated with FEV1%,FEV1%FVC and MEFF75%.The severity of shortness of breath was negatively correlated with FVC%,FEV1%,PEF%,MEF75%,and MMEF75/25,and the severity of cough symptoms was positively correlated with FEV1%FVC in patients with bronchial asthma aged>70 years.4.There was a correlation between serum total IgE and airway reactivity indicators in elderly patients.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum total IgE in bronchial asthma patients aged 60-70 years was negatively correlated with FEV1%FVC and MMEF75/25.There was a negative correlation between serum total IgE and FEV1%FVC in patients with bronchial asthma aged>at 70 years.Conclusion:1.According to the description and statistical analysis of the distribution of pulmonary health symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma, more than half of the patients have symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, easy sweating, and susceptibility to cold, and less than half of the patients have chills and chills to varying degrees. The total score of pulmonary health function of three groups of patients with different degrees of bronchial asthma was compared The statistical results showed that the more severe bronchial asthma was,the higher the score of pulmonary health function disorder was.The pulmonary health symptoms of patients with different stages of asthma were compared, and the statistical results showed that there were differences in the distribution of individual symptoms in the acute onset and chronic duration of the disease2.Spearman correlation analysis showed that pulmonary health function was correlated with total IgE in bronchial asthma serum, and was correlated with airway response during the evolution of bronchial asthma. There was a correlation between serum total IgE and airway reactivity in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.
