Research On TCM Syndromes Of Thyroid Nodules Based On Data Mining

With the rapid development of modern human society and economy,the accelerated pace of life and the rapid increase of work pressure,the proportion of thyroid nodules in the population is also increasing year by year due to various external factors.At present,Western medicine has a single method and a large trauma for the treatment of thyroid nodules,which cannot be widely accepted by patients.However,traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating this disease,and it is often treated according to clinical symptoms.Chinese medicine has many external treatment methods such as acupuncture and local external application in the treatment of this disease,all of which have achieved good clinical results.Although syndrome differentiation is the most critical in Chinese medicine treatment,there is no clear study on the distribution characteristics of thyroid nodules syndrome.This study investigated the distribution of thyroid syndrome in patients with thyroid nodules by questionnaire survey,collected TCM syndrome score information,and used the combination of disease and syndrome to explore the syndrome characteristics of thyroid nodules and between the thyroid nodules is more from the perspective of disease distribution and comorbidity.Dimensional mining analysis,and the correlation between some physical and chemical indicators and TCM syndromes provide more research data and ideas for TCM syndromes and regular research,as well as clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Dialectical treatment in the process provides a reference.
