Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Professor Guo Zhaogang’s self-prepared prescription “Gubiao No.1 Decoction” in the treatment of biqiu caused by lung qi-deficiency by comparing with “Tongqiaobiyan” granule.Method:This study included 63 patients with AR who met the criteria and 60 of them were completed with clinical efficacy observation.60 patients were divided into treatment group(Gubiao No.1 Decoction)and control group(Tongqiaobiyan granule).30 cases in each group were treated with medication for 2 weeks. The main symptoms,TCM symptoms and signs scores of the observed subjects were recorded in three stages: initial diagnosis,1 week of treatment, and 2 weeks of treatment. The score changes were observed by self-control and mutual control comparison method. The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS21.0.Result:1.After 1 week of treatment, there were significant differences in the main symptoms, physical signs and total scores before and after treatment in two groups respectively(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 76.66% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups in the efficacy and efficacy of the total score(P<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. There were significant differences in runny nose, nasal congestion and physical signs between two groups(P<0.05).The improvement was better in the treatment group than in the control group. There was no significant difference in the sneezing and nasal itching symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in the main symptoms, physical signs and total scores before and after treatment in two groups respectively(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 93.66% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups in the efficacy and efficacy of the total score(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group. There was a significant difference in the improvement of running nose, nasal congestion symptoms and physical signs(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group. The improvement of sneezing and nasal itching symptoms were similar, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.After 1 week of treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms(cold evil wind;cough and thin sputum;pale complexion)between the groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms(qi-deficiency and weakness)(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms(cold evil wind, pale complexion)(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in the improvement of TCM symptoms(qi-deficiency and weakness;cough and thin sputum)(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Lung qi deficiency and susceptible to evil invasion is the basic pathogenesis of biqiu. The medical method of Yiqi,Shufeng and body conditioning is important therapy.2.The overall efficacy(effectiveness and total efficiency)of the Gubiao No.1 decoction in the treatment of lung qi-deficiency type biqiu is significantly better than the fixed medicine Tongqiaobiyan granule. |
