| Objective: To observe the effectiveness of lower limb dynamic chain training guided by "holistic theory" in improving the gait function in the later stage of ankle injury,so as to explore a more complete rehabilitation system for the clinical treatment of ankle dysfunction in the later stage of ankle rehabilitation. Methods: will be included in the standard of 66 patients with abnormal gait after an ankle injury in accordance with the principle of randomization divided into experimental group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases),the experimental group adopted "lower limb strength training + power chain gait training",and the control group used "ankle weeks strength training + gait training",each group of treatment 5 times a week,a total of 4 weeks treatment, before starting treatment, around the end of the treatment AOFAS score,VAS pain assessment and evaluation, gait analysis indicators. Results :(1)the baseline conditions of subjects in the two groups were good and comparable(P>0.05).(2)after four weeks of treatment,VAS score in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).VAS score in the experimental group decreased more significantly than that in the control group, but the difference between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)AOFAS score of ankle joints in both groups increased after 4 weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing between groups, although the AOFAS score of the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P>0.05),the difference value of AOFAS score of the experimental group before and after treatment was more significant than that of the control group. The AOFAS score of the experimental group increased by 15.13 points and the improvement rate was 26%.The score of the control group increased by 7.61 points, and the improvement rate was 12%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)gait analysis data gait frequency score: the experimental group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Pace score: before and after treatment, the difference in the experimental group was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment, the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Stride score: the experimental group before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The lower limb dynamic chain training guided by the "holistic theory" can relieve the pain and improve the ankle function in the later stage of ankle injury, and the improvement degree is better than the traditional treatment method, which can be used as a reference for the clinical treatment of the ankle rehabilitation in the later stage of functional impairment gait function. |
