The Influece Of Following Electrical Stimulation Applied To The Correction Of Hemiplegic Ankle Dysfunction

Objective:This research aims at dynamic treatment of hemiplegia sequelae on patients with ankle joint dysfunction stimulation and also focuses on observing whether the active exercise capacity,lower limb motor function,gait and life ability of patients with ankle joint have been improved.At the same time,it also provides the reference for clinical rational use of dynamic electrical stimulation and offers a new treatment method for rehabilitation at home.Method: In 12 cases,the patients who have left hospital sitll with ankle joint dysfunction patients,using only dynamic electrical stimulation assisted walking training,15 min/group,rest for 10 min between groups,two groups/times,1 times /d,5d/ week,a total of 8 weeks;8 weeks after treatment respectively.In addition,before the start of treatment,the staff uses three-dimensional gait analysis system analysis of the patient’s gait space-time parameters and,by the same professional rehabilitation physician assessment of patients with active ankle movement ability,lower limb motor function and activities of daily living.Result: According to the analysis of the related data,the daily living were improved.patients will improvea lot after using of dynamic electric stimulation treatment,the ankle joint movement,lower limb motor function,gait and activities.Conclusion:Dynamic electrical stimulation can effectively treat the ankle joint dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia sequela,which can be used as an effective treatment forrehabilitation.
