Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Grain Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder In The Acute Phase

Objective:To treat acute periarthritis of shoulder by using grain-sized Moxibustion,and to compare with acupuncture to observe its clinical efficacy,so as to provide a basis for clinical moxibustion treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods: 60 patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder were assigned to a 1:1 ratio of grain-sized Moxibustion combined with acupuncture group(treatment group)and acupuncture group(control group),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group took the affected side: Jian Yu,Jian Liao,Jian Zhen,BiNao,Ashi point,the opposite side: JianTong point,the first acupuncture to the opposite side JianTong point,twirling of needle until Deqi,the patient exercise the shoulder joint 3 Minutes,do the flexion,abduction,adduction,and extension of the shoulder joint,and then acupuncture the local acupuncture points,leaving the needle for 30 minutes;after the needle is taken,the grain-sized moxibustion method is used,and each point 6 times;In the control group,the points and acupuncture treatment are same to treatment group.The two groups were treated once a day,7 times for one course of treatment,and a total of two courses of treatment.The changes in visual analogue scales(VAS-P)and Melle scores before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed.Result:1.VAS-P score: The VAS-P scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the pain symptoms of the patients;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment.(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group.2.Melle score: The Melle scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can improve the range of shoulder joint activity;The significance of learning(P<0.05)indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group.3.Clinical efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the wheat-grain moxibustion group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the simple acupuncture group was 66.67%.The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of grain-sized Moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the acute periarthritis of shoulder is better,and it is better than the simple acupuncture method in improving the pain symptoms and the range of shoulder joint activity.
