Comparison And Analysis Of Thai Massage And Traditional Chinese Massage In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Purpose:By comparing Thai massage with traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in terms of etiology,pathogenesis,operation procedures,etc.,we explore their respective characteristics,learn from each other’s strengths,and promote the innovation and development of Chinese massage.Material and method:Tsinghua Tongfang China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Tsinghua Tongfang China Ph D Master Thesis Full-text Database.Use PUBMA,TCI,CUIR,MULKC full-text database of Thai periodicals as tools.The search terms are knee osteoarthritis,Thai massage,and Chinese medicine massage.Based on the inclusion criteria,academic papers published in Thailand,China,or international academic journals from 2000 to 2019 were selected and accepted.For the included literature,establish entries for Chinese medicine massage and Thai massage,and count their respective syndrome differentiation,treatment principles,treatment sites,operation methods,and curative effects.Compare the concepts and connotations of related items in Chinese and Thai medicine,and conduct a comparative study of frequency and frequency.Results: 1.The relationship between the types of etiology and pathogenesis of Chinese and Thai medicine and osteoarthritis of the knee: Chinese medicine treatment emphasizes the treatment of syndrome differentiation,and the syndrome types are mostly liver and kidney deficiency,wind,cold and dampness.The most common cause of the disease is the syndrome of joint effusion(deficiency syndrome of liver and kidney).2.The relationship between the treatment principles of Chinese and Thai medicine and osteoarthritis of the knee joint: the most principle of treatment methods of Chinese and Thai medicine is to nourish the liver and kidney and relieve muscle pain.3.The relationship between the operation site of Chinese and Thai medicine and osteoarthritis of the knee joint: the operation site type of Chinese medicine is at most meridian points,and the operation site type of Thai massage is at most signal points and baseline.4.The relationship between Chinese and Thai medicine operation methods and knee osteoarthritis: Chinese and Thai medicine operation methods are at most according to the method,kneading method,rolling method.5.Relationship between the efficacy of Chinese and Thai medicine and osteoarthritis of the knee: Chinese and Thai medical effects are most effective.Conclusion:1.Chinese and Thai medicines have the concept of syndrome differentiation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The method of syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine is more comprehensive,and it takes into account both internal injuries and external feelings.The pathological features of arthralgia,Thai massage are also considered both internally and externally,but the external factors focus on the symptoms(redness,swelling and pain).2.Comparison of the operation parts of Chinese and Thai medicines shows that both Chinese and Thai medicines are based on local operation of the lesion,and Chinese medicine massage reflects the individualized treatment of syndrome differentiation,and Thai massage emphasizes complete operation.3.Comparison of Chinese and Thai medical massage techniques,Thai massage is characterized by push method and skin friction method.
