| Purpose : Observe the effectiveness and safety of "Mind-regulating Acupuncture and Shape-regulating Acupuncture method" in the treatment of migraine,and use the headache integral method to evaluate the overall curative effect;use the anxiety self-assessment scale to evaluate the impact on mental state,and tap the advantages of "Mind-regulating Acupuncture and Shape-regulating Acupuncture method" in the treatment of migraine,It provides treatment basis for the comprehensive treatment plan of migraine and psychotherapy,and provides reliable data for clinical promotion and application.Method:1.Observation objects came from 30 patients with migraine who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of the State Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2019 and met the inclusion criteria and agreed to clinical observation.2.2.Therapeutic methods:(1)Acupoint selection: Mind-regulating Acupuncture acupoint selection: Mainly on the head and heart meridian points,choose Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Sun,Tauwei;remote acupoint selection: Hegu,Taichong,Neiguan,Shenmen.Shape adjustment and acupoint selection: palpate the tendon nodes,pain points,and lines near the path of the meridian and meridian of the affected foot Shaoyang meridian,or select local high tension points according to the pressure on both sides.(2)Operation: first adjust the shape: use the Huatuo brand disposable sterile acupuncture needle 0.35×25mm for treatment.The patient takes a sitting position.After routine disinfection,the surgeon’s left hand fingers probe and point out the tendon nodes,cords,and high-tension points touched.The right hand is pierced with a 0.35×25mm needle in this direction,using slow lifting and tremor techniques.,Until the sense of resistance disappears,the needle is drawn out without leaving the needle.Post-regulation:treatment with Huatuo disposable sterile acupuncture needles 0.25×40mm and 0.25×25mm.The patient was placed in a lying position.After routine disinfection,the needles of Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Yintang,Taiyang,and Touwei were punctured0.5 inches with a 0.25×25mm needle,and Hegu,Neiguan,Shenmen,and Taichong with0.25×40mm straight puncture 1 inch,leave the needle for 30 minutes after getting gas;(3)Course of treatment: 3 treatments per week(Monday,Wednesday,Friday),two weeks for1 course of treatment,and observe the efficacy after 2 consecutive courses of treatment.3.Observation indicators: headache score method,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),safety test.Results:1.Headache score method: Compared with before treatment,the headache score decreased after 4 weeks of treatment.The total score was reduced from 15.73±3.84 to 8.20±1.45.The difference was statistically significant by t test(P <0.05);After weekly treatment,3cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the overall effective rate was 86.67%.This shows that this acupuncture method is indeed effective for migraine.2.Comparison of self-assessment scale of anxiety(SAS): Compared with before treatment,the SAS score after 4 weeks of treatment decreased significantly from before treatment,from 55.63±5.12 to 37.97±4.11,after t test,the difference is statistical The significance of learning(P <0.05)shows that this acupuncture method can improve the anxiety of patients.3.Safety indicators: The 30 patients observed in this study had no adverse reactions or adverse events,indicating that the method is safe.Conclusion: "Mind-regulating Acupuncture and Shape-regulating Acupuncture method" is based on the "integration of form and spirit" of traditional Chinese medicine.Meridians and meridians are equally important,and the thickness and needles are used interchangeably.While relieving patients with migraine symptoms,they can significantly improve patients’ negative emotions. |
