Meta-analysis Of The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy With The Method Of Replenishing Qi, Nourishing Yin And Dredging Collaterals

Purpose:Through meta analysis of the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo Chinese medicine on early diabetic nephropathy,to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of early diabetic kidney disease.Data and methods:Strictly follow the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,search CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM and other electronic journal databases by computer,supplemented by manual search,search the Chinese literature published from January 2009 to December 2019,about the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)of using Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine to treat early DKD.The quality evaluation table provided by Cochrane cooperation network is used to evaluate the quality of all the documents included.Meanwhile,Revman 5.3 statistical software is used to make meta analysis of the binary data or continuous data of all the documents that meet the standards,and to make forest map and funnel map.Results:This meta-analysis included 21 eligible RCT literatures and 1537 patients.Among them,there were 15 B-level literatures and 6 C-level literatures.The results showed that the treatment group of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo combined with conventional western medicine was better than the control group(P < 0.05),Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in reducing UAER,uare,SCR,Hb Alc,2h PG and TG of early DKD patients,and the clinical efficiency was significantly improved compared with the control group Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Funnel diagram is symmetrical,safe and free of serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yiqiyangyintongluo method can effectively treat early DKD with good safety.
