Clinical Observation Of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined With Xuanbi Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Accumulation Type Knee Gouty Arthritis

Purpose:To observe the efficacy and safety of knee arthroscopy combined with Xuanbi Decoction in the treatment of damp-heat knee type gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with knee gouty arthritis(damp heat syndrome)who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria in the Department of Orthopedics,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2019 were collected and divided into treatment groups by random number table method(Xuanbi Decoction group)and control group(Allopurinol group),30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with knee arthroscopy.The treatment group started taking Xuanbi Decoction on the first day after surgery,and the control group was given oral allopurinol on the first day after surgery.The treatment time for the two groups was 2 weeks.Observe and record the pain level of the two groups of patients before surgery,7 and 14 days after surgery for visual analog score(VAS score),knee function(Lysholm score),and inflammatory indicators(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Creactive protein,blood uric acid)Changes,clinical efficacy judgment results,postoperative adverse reactions,etc.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results: 1 Compare the general information of the patients(gender,age,course of disease)between groups,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05);2 The treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of pain relief after surgery(P<0.05);3 The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving knee functional activity(P<0.05);4 The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein(P<0.05).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in reducing blood uric acid value(P>0.05);5 In terms of clinical efficacy judgment,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05);6 In terms of postoperative adverse reactions,there was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Arthroscopic debridement combined with Xuanbi Decoction for the treatment of damp-heat knee type gouty arthritis has definite curative effect and few adverse reactions.It is an effective and safe method for the treatment of knee gouty arthritis and should be widely used in clinic.
