Objective:.Based on the investigation of the top four chain drugstores in five districts of Shenyang,this paper investigates the development of pharmaceutical care,the qualification of chain drugstore staff,the cognition of licensed pharmacists on pharmaceutical care and the feedback of consumers on the evaluation of pharmaceutical care,and makes statistical analysis and Research on the results of the investigation.It is found that there are pharmaceutical services in chain drugstores in Shenyang And put forward corresponding countermeasures and effective solutions.On this basis,it can provide reference for improving the pharmaceutical service quality of Shenyang chain drugstores,so as to further improve the pharmaceutical service level of Shenyang chain drugstores.Methods: 1.Using literature research method: consult and collect relevant laws,regulations and data documents about pharmaceutical care,systematically understand the development status of pharmaceutical care in chain drugstores,as the research basis of this topic.2.Field investigation: including observation,questionnaire survey and interview.A questionnaire survey was conducted among licensed pharmacists and consumers in the store,and the person in charge of the drugstore in the chain drugstore was interviewed.The number and hardware of consumers in the chain drugstore,the work and service attitude of pharmaceutical technicians,as well as the implementation status of drug dispensing,sales and display processes were observed,and the survey results were collated,counted and analyzed.Results: After investigation and analysis,It is found that there are several problems in pharmaceutical care of four chain drugstores in five districts of Shenyang: first,there is no corresponding supervision and management system to supervise the on-the-job and performance of licensed pharmacists;second,there are problems in the working attitude and cognition of licensed pharmacists,and the training is not in place; third,the chain drugstores do not pay enough attention to pharmaceutical care,and the service content and process are not standardized;fourth,the hardware design Fifth,the public awareness is low,and the form of pharmaceutical service publicity is not rich.Conclusion: In view of the problems existing in pharmaceutical care of four chain drugstores in five districts of Shenyang City,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: first,improve the pharmaceutical care management of chain drugstores and pay attention to the training of licensed pharmacists;second,improve the overall professional quality of licensed pharmacists and attach importance to talent selection;third,innovate the form of pharmaceutical care and standardize the pharmaceutical care process;fourth,strengthen the construction of hardware facilities and improve The fifth is to strengthen publicity,actively carry out medication consultation and enhance public awareness.From these five aspects to improve the quality and level of pharmaceutical care.
