| Purpose:Observe the difference in quality of life between healthy people with different types of primary dysmenorrhea and non-dysmenorrhea,and explore the effect of primary dysmenorrhea on patients' quality of life;Compare the changes in pain level and quality of life in different areas of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of different syndrome types before and after drug-separated moxibustion,analyze the clinical efficacy of drug-separated moxibustion for patients with different types of primary dysmenorrhea,and explore the effects of primary dysmenorrhea Factors in patient quality of life provide more complete and targeted life guidance for patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:All the subjects and subjects in this trial were from women recruited in and around Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019.(1)A questionnaire survey was performed on 100 non-dysmenorrhea healthy(hereinafter referred to as “healthy people”)women recruited,and scores in various fields of quality of life were calculated as a comparison of the quality of life in this clinical trial standard.(2)Respectively recruited 36 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(hereinafter referred to as "qi stagnation group")and 36 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and stasis syndrome(hereinafter referred to as "cold coagulation group").Medicine and moxibustion treatment.Observe the changes in the PRI score,VAS score,PPI score and the total score and quality of life of the two groups before and after the treatment in the two groups,and analyze the effect of medicine-separated moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of the two syndrome types.(3)The quality of life of patients with Qi stagnation group,cold coagulation group,and healthy group were compared before and after treatment,and the differences in quality of life between healthy patients with primary dysmenorrhea and non-dysmenorrhea were compared.Clinical effect of medicinal moxibustion on quality of life in patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Results:1.The scores in the physical,psychological,social,and environmental areas of the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea in the qi stagnation group and the cold coagulation group were significantly lower than those in the healthy group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The satisfaction of dysmenorrhea patients with quality of life and health status is also significantly lower than that of non-dysmenorrhea healthy women(P <0.05);unintervented patients with cold coagulation group and patients with qi stagnation group have different quality of life areas and feeling There was no significant difference between them(P> 0.05).2.Regardless of qi stagnation group or cold coagulation group,after the corresponding medicine-separated moxibustion treatment,the VAS score,PRI scores,PPI scores and MPQ total scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After qi stagnation group and cold coagulation group were treated with medicine-separated moxibustion,the physiological,psychological,social,and environmental aspects of the quality of life were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were significant.Statistical significance(P <0.05).4.After the medicine-separated moxibustion treatment,the areas of quality of life and feelings of Qi stagnation group and cold coagulation group were compared with those of healthy people again.There was no significant difference in the three aspects of society,environment and quality of life(P> 0.05);In the physical field,both the Qi Stagnation Group and the Cold Condensation Group have lower component values than healthy people(P <0.05);in terms of psychology and health status,the Qi Stagnation Group is still significantly different from the healthy group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the cold coagulation group and the healthy group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Primary dysmenorrhea can significantly affect the patient's perception of quality of life and health status,and reduce the quality of life of patients in the physical,psychological,social and environmental fields.However,the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of different syndromes is not significantly different.2.Medicine-separated moxibustion can effectively improve the quality of life and related feelings of patients with primary dysmenorrhea in patients with cold coagulation stasis syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and can effectively reduce the related pain scores such as PRI,PPI and VAS.3.Although medicine-separated moxibustion can improve the quality of life of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome and cold coagulation stasis syndrome,and their satisfaction in the social,environmental and quality of life has basically reached the level of healthy non-dysmenorrhea women,However,the satisfaction in the physiological field is still significantly different from that of women with non-dysmenorrhea,and the satisfaction in the psychological and health aspects of patients with primary dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome needs to be further improved,which may be related to Qi stagnation and blood stasis Syndromes related to the pathogenesis of TCM specific to primary dysmenorrhea.4.In social life,we should strengthen the attention and care of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,and provide corresponding social and environmental support for patients with primary dysmenorrhea.In clinical work,in addition to the medical treatment of PD patients,more attention should be paid to the physical aspects of PD patients,such as the quality of sleep,energy and ability to act,etc.;to provide appropriate regulation and care;for qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome PD Patients should also focus on appropriate
