The Ten-year Change Rule Of The Efficacy Evaluation Index Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris

Purpose:To summarize the application and change trend of the therapeutic effect evaluation indexes of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore the therapeutic effect evaluation indexes applicable to the evaluation of the therapeutic effect of TCM dialectical treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,so as to provide reference for the future clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as the selection of therapeutic effect evaluation indexes in related trials.Materials and methods:This paper is based on the literature of randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and agina pectoris in 209-2018,this paper takes CNKI,VIP,wanfangdate and CBM as the literature retrieval sources,and conducts literature retrieval by computerAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature,Microsoft Excel was used to sort out the literature sources,efficacy evaluation indexes and TCM syndrome types involved in the literature by frequency statistical method-SPSS Modeler 14.2 software is used to analyze the association rules of TCM Syndrome Types and efficacy evaluation indicators,and to predict the importance of indicators,and to analyze and discuss the results.Results:1.The 534 core journal literatures involved 42 therapeutic evaluation indexes,includiog 30 theracpeutic evaluation indexes of Western medicine and 12 therapeutic evaluation indexes of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the resting ECG and the efficacy of TCM syndrome are the highest Efficacy evaluation indexs of traditional Chinese and western medicine.2.Compared with the previous five years,the latter five years showed the following characteristics in TCM efficacy evaluation index of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease:①The application rate of resting electrocardiograms was significantly decraeased,the application rate of treadmill exercise test,SAQ,efficacy of TCM syndrome,hs-CRP and Hcy were significantly increased,the importance of safety indicators was significantly increased,and the other evaluation indicators of efficacy were not significantly changed;The incidence of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of phlegm and blood stasis type increased significantly.The four syndrome types with the highest incidence and distribution are as follows:plegm and blood stasis type(25.47%),heart blood stasis type(22.66%),Qi deficiency and blood stasis type(19.66%),Qi deficiency type(15.73%)②The correlation rules and importance prediction analysis of efficacy evaluation inddexes showed that the top ten indexes with the highest importance were TCM syndrome efficacy,nitroglycerin dosage,Hcy,heamorheology index,treadmill exercise test,CRP,SAQ,angina pectoris efficacy,cardiac ultrasound,dynamic ECG.③At present,there are many kinds of TCM eificacy evaluation standards for coronary heart disese and angina.pectoris,and there is a lack of generally recognized TCM dinical efficacy evaluation standards for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Conclusion:1.The improvement of the application rate of TCM syndrome efficacy,SAQ,safety and other indicators suggests that the TCM syndrome,overall state and quality of life of the patients in the clinical efficacy evaluation of coronary heart disease are increasingly valued,which reflects that modern clinical research pays more attention to the sick "people",rathar than the "disease" of the single person,which is the embodiment of the bio psycho social medical model,and also the embodiment of the traditional Chinese medicine The embodiment of the whole concept of medicine.2.In the past ten years,the evaluation indexes of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly the curative effect of angina pectoris,the curative effect of electrocardiogram,the curative effect of syndrome and the rate of stopping and reducing nitroglycerin.In addition,the degree of attention of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,treadmill exercise test,Hcy,CRP,SAQ and dynamic electrocardiogram has been improved,and the degree of attention of therapeutic effect of resting electrcarrdiogram has been reduced.3.In the past ten years,the evaluation indexes of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine are mainly the curative effect of angina pectoris,the curative effect of electrocardiogram,the curative effect of syndrome and the rate of stopping and reducing nitroglycein.In addition,the degree of attention of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,treadmill exercise test Hcy.CRP,SAQ and dynamic electrorardiogram has been improved,and the degree of attention of therapeutic effect of resting alectrocaxdiogram has been reduced.
