| Objective:Through retrospective study, the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus in recent 7years was systematically summarized,so as to provide a relatively objective basis for the study of relevant laws of TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Materials and methods:In this study,a total of 2,477 inpatients were selected from the first Department of Cardiology, the Second Department of Cardiology and the CCU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University from January 1,2016 to December 31,2022.They were diagnosed with coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)and combined with type 2 diabetes, and the distribution of their TCM syndrome types and syndrome elements were analyzed.Summarize the characteristics of syndrome distribution.Results:1.In this study,a total of 17 TCM syndrome types of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes were obtained, among which the syndrome type of phlegm-stasis interformation was up to 1422 cases, accounting for 57.41% of the total number of cases, followed by the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency in 375 cases, accounting for15.14% of the total number of cases. The other high syndrome types were 263 cases(10.62%)of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,234 cases(9.45%)of Yin deficiency and blood stasis,93cases(3.75%)of blood blood stasis,68 cases(2.75%)of qi stagnation and blood stasis. There were 11 unusual syndromes.2.The study on syndrome elements of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes found that blood stasis, phlegm turbidity,qi deficiency and Yin deficiency were more common.Blood stasis and phlegm turbidness accounted for the highest84.09% of the total number of cases, followed by phlegm turbidness 57.53%.Among the syndrome elements of deficiency syndrome,Qi-deficiency accounted for 25.80%,followed by Yin deficiency(24.79%).Relatively rare syndromes are cold coagulation and blood deficiency.3.Coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus had no statistical difference in distribution and gender between groups.4.Coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus has correlation with age.5.Comparison of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus among different syndrome types, syndrome elements and hospitalization days(P >0.05).Conclusion:1.Among coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)combined with type 2 diabetes, the syndrome of phlegm-stasis interjunction and the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin are the most common.2.Among the syndromic elements of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the most common syndromic elements; Most deficiency syndromes are qi deficiency and Yin deficiency.3.Gender has no effect on the syndrome distribution of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, while age is correlated with the syndrome distribution of coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.4.Coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus has no significant influence on the length of hospital stay. |
