| Purpose:Aiming at the characteristics of qi stagnation and blood stasis commonly seen in patients after PCI,Xingqi Huoxue Decoction was used as an adjuvant treatment and clinical efficacy observation was conducted.Xingqi Huoxue Decoction was used to treat stable angina pectoris after PCI and improve the quality of life.Provide evidence for Chinese medicine to treat coronary heart diseaseMaterial and method:Patients with stable angina pectoris and TCM syndrome type after PCI were included in the study.Patients were randomly divided into groups,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.(Strictly follow the guidelines and given the conventional treatment of western medicine according to the patient’s condition.Bayer aspirin tablets 100 mg,daily oral administration.Isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets 40 mg,daily oral administration.Metoprolol sustained-release tablets23.75-47.5mg,orally once a day;Rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg,orally once a day(for angina pectoris,nitroglycerin may be administered sublingually 0.5mg),the treatment group is based on conventional western medicine Add safflower 15 g,Bupleurum 15 g,Chuanxiongzi15g,Xiangfu 15 g and other medicines in water and simmer them in water.Take 150 ml each in the morning and evening.Take four weeks as a course.Angina pectoris efficacy,blood lipid changes were statistically analyzed.Conclusion:1.Xingqi Huoxue decoction can improve the efficacy of angina pectoris,reduce the number of angina pectoris and the time of attack.2.Xingqihuoxue decoction combined with conventional oral administration of western medicine can improve patients’ symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Xingqi Huoxue Decoction can have a certain effect on improving patients’ blood lipid levels. |
