Effect Of Jiawei Yinchen Sini Powder On Liver Function And Bile Drainage After ERCP Operation For Choledocholithiasis Of Liver And Gallbladder Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the influence of Supplemented Yinchen Sini Powder on the recovery of liver function,bile drainage and symptom improvement after ERCPMethods:Sixty cases of purely Choledocholithiasis who would co nduct ERCP were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group received ERCP+routine interve ntion after operation.On the basis of the control group,the treat ment group was given Supplemented Yinchen Sini Powder orally on the first day after operation.Before and after treatment,the t otal effective rate of TCM and TCM symptom score of two grou ps were detected.Meanwhile,transaminase index,biochemical index of bile,changes of bile drainage,hospitalization time and stone recurrence after 6 months of follow-up were comparedResults:The total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differ ence has statistical significance(P<0.05).TCM symptom score o n the sixth day after operation of treatment group were lower t han those of control group in the same period,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Transaminase index level,bioc hemical level of bile on the sixth day after operation of treatm ent group were lower than those of control group in the same p eriod(P<0.05).The bile drainage of treatment group on the fou rth day after operation were more than those of control group i n the same period,the difference has statistical significance(P<005),the bile drainage of treatment group on the sixth day after operation were lower than those of control group in the same p eriod,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.0 5).The ho spitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in stone recurrence.(P>0.05)Conclusion:Supplemented Yinchen Sini Powder combined with E RCP in the treatment of choledocholithiasis have significant effe ct,which can promote the recovery of liver function and bile dr ainage,and shorten the hospitalization time.
