Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Shengxian Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Subsidence Of Qi Deficiency Syndrome After PCI

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Shengxian Decoction in treating Qi deficiency depression syndrome after PCI for coronary heart disease,and to evaluate the clinical value of the application of this prescription in treating Qi deficiency depression syndrome after PCI for coronary heart disease.Methods: The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and Control Group(30 patients in each group)according to the Doll’s clinical case random table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine Sijunzi Decoction,while the experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine Yiqi Sheng Xian Decoction,one course of treatment(14 days)was observed in both groups.To observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM Symptom Score、blood lipid and quality of life,and to statistical analysis of the relevant data with SPSS25.0 software.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age,course of disease and the indexes before treatment(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in TCM Syndrome curative effect,TCM Syndrome score,blood lipid and quality of life after treatment(P <0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;And no adverse drug events occurred in the two groups during the observation period.Conclusion: Yiqishengxia decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating Qi deficiency depression syndrome after PCI,which can effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients,and effectively reduce blood lipids,no obvious side effects and good safety.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
