The Clinical Research Of Jianpi Yishen Mixture Based On The Theory Of "spleen And Kidney Mutual Praise" To Improve Cancer Cachexia

Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yishen Mixture to improve cancer cachexia,and provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: This study collected 60 clinical cases of cancer cachexia patients who were treated in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020,and were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Mixture combined with megestrol,and the control group was treated with oral megestrol dispersible tablets.After 1 month,the clinical efficacy,improved TCM syndrome scores,and general living conditions of the two groups were observed Improvements,changes in laboratory inspection indicators,etc.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in KPS score,appetite status,body weight,middle circumference of upper arm,TCM syndrome score,and peripheral hemogram before treatment(P > 0.05).After 1 month of treatment:(1)Efficacy evaluation:(1)Comparison of TCM syndrome points: After treatment,the overall TCM syndrome scores were improved compared with treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment The total effective rate in the group was 22 cases(73.33%),and the total effective rate in the control group was 11cases(36.67%)(P<0.05).The symptom improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;(2)KPS score comparison: KPS score of the two groups after treatment There were improvements compared with before treatment: the treatment group(P<0.01),the control group(P<0.05),the KPS score of the two groups of patients after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;(3)Appetite comparison: The appetite of both groups improved after treatment,and the improvement of appetite in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(4)Body weight comparison: the weight of the two groups of patients was higher than before Improved(P=0.049(P<0.05)in the treatment group,P=0.030(P<0.05)in the control group),the body weight comparison between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,there was no significant difference between the twogroups;(5)Comparison of the perimeter of the middle upper arm: After treatment,the perimeter of the middle upper arm was higher than before treatment Significant change(P<0.05),no significant change in the control group(P>0.05),after treatment,the two groups were compared(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups;(6)Comparison of laboratory indicators: Hemoglobin and albumin in the treatment group after treatment,Prealbumin and creatinine levels were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Safety evaluation: 60 patients in both groups did not find abnormalities in evaluating safety indicators before and after treatment;There were no side effects and adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Jianpi Yishen Mixture combined with megestrol is effective in increasing appetite,improving TCM syndrome points,and improving quality of life.The application is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of further clinical promotion and use.
