The Influence Of Invigorating The Spleen And Tonifying The Kidney TCM Therapy To Malnutrition Hemodialys Patient Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose:This study is done to observe the influence of the TCM method by invigoratin the spleen and tonify the kidney to malnutrition patient of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome. Evaluate the clinical use value, seek an effective treatment methods for hemodialysis malnutrition patient. With this study we coulc find that if invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney could improve malnutritionHD patients of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome. Comparing the two groups, we would find the mechanism of invigoratingthe spleen and tonifying the kidney.Research object:HD patients from the nephrologie and the clinic of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine NO.1 subsidiary hospital.Methods:60 patients with HD merger malnutrition were randomly divided into two groups:1. The kidney treatments for 30 cases of spleen in quality, wirh full HD high-protein diet and based on in decoction, to rehab, twice daily 1 agent take; 2.30 cases in a high-protein diet quality, give full HD, but not and herbal treatment. Both groups to cure the 90 days, compared between the two groups after treatment, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, SAG grading change and malnutrition index and improvement.Results:Treatment group SGA nutrition of 2 grade classâ… nutrition from patients with abnormal returned to normal, there are 7 patients from levelâ…¡nutrition abnormal return to classâ… , four patients fromâ…¢nutrition abnormal return to levelâ…¡, a fall off, spleen and kidney deficiency significantly improve the integral with significant difference (P<0.01), malnutrition index improved obviously, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The control group, only nutrition SGA grading 1 patients from levelâ…¡nutrition abnormal return to classâ… ,2 cases fall off, without change, before and after the treatment more points comparative difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), and some nutrition index no change, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two groups after treating integral with significant difference (P<0.01), every index with significant difference (P<0.05, P<0.01).Conclusion:Tonifying spleen and kindney method can significantly change HD patients good malnutrition index, improve malnutrition state; But as a treatment HD malnutrition patients for clinical effective treatment methods, but its deep mechanism needs further research.
