The Stability Of Patients With Schizophrenia And Its Influencing Factors

Objective : By studying the related influencing factors of the stability of the schizophrenic patients,we provide a new basis for the prognosis judgment,risk assessment and disease intervention of schizophrenia,and provide a reference for the government’s mental health prevention and treatment work and the formulation of mental patient rescue and assistance policies,give a reference for future big data research.Methods : Based on the relevant data of schizophrenia patients collected from Nov.2010 to Jun.2018 in the "Management and Treatment of Serious Mental Disorders" of Hunan Province,144159 schizophrenia patients registered in the database were studied.After data cleaning,we curve the data distribution,and use χ2 test and binary logistic regression analysis to study factors such as age,gender,education,occupation,marital status,regularity of taking medication,self-awareness,previous hospitalizations,family history and economic status,and thus analyze the stability of the disease.Results : The relationship between age,gender,occupation,regularity of medication,self-awareness,family history,economic status,and stability of the disease was statistically significant(P value <0.05);no self-awareness,irregular medication,at the age of 15-24,the occupation is a farmer,family history,male,economic status is poor,and the age of 25-40 years is a risk factor for unstable condition.The OR values are 3.42,2.21,1.42,1.30,1.25,1.15,1.13,1.1;Among the factors,self-awareness and regularity of medication have the most significant effect on the disease stability.Conclusion : Improving schizophrenia patients’ self-awareness and medication compliance are protective factors for the stability of schizophrenia patients.Young and middle-aged men,farmers,poor economic status,and positive family history are the risk factors that affect the unstable condition of patients with schizophrenia.In the future,patients’ self-awareness,medication compliance,and targeted management of high-risk groups will be further improved,which can better stabilize the condition of schizophrenia and greatly reduce the occurrence of accidents.
