Meta-analysis Of The Medication Characteristics And Efficacy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With TACE In The Treatment Of Primary Liver Cancer

Object: Using evidence-based medicine Meta analysis method to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer,and to analyze the characteristics of perioperative Chinese medicine medication,to provide reference for clinical research and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods: Using the method of evidence-based medicine,comprehensively search the domestic literature database(CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM)and the foreign literature(Pubmed,Cochrane library)on the clinical research literature of Chinese medicine combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer from 2009 to 2019.A database will be established in Excel collection to analyzing the traditional Chinese medicine that appears in the literature.Results:A total of 4253 subjects were included in 60 literature in this study.a total of 2155 cases were TACE in the combined group of traditional Chinese medicine and2098 cases were simply TACE.The results of Meta analysis showed that the treatment of primary liver cancer with TACE combined with traditional Chinese medicine compared with the treatment of primary liver cancer.The effective rate was higher in the near future and the difference was statistically significant,[RR=1.34,95%CI(1.25,1.44),Z=8.54,P<0.00001],I2 = 0%,The results showed no heterogeneity;(2)The1-year and 2-year survival rates are higher,and the difference has significant statistical significance,respectively:[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.22,1.41),Z=7.53,P<0.00001]、[RR=1.79,95%CI(1.40,2.29),Z=4.67,P<0.00001],I2 = 0%,the results were not heterogeneous.(3)The stability rate of quality of life is higher,the difference is statistically significant [RR=1.48,95%CI(1.35,1.41),Z=8.91,P<0.00001],I2= 0%,the result is not heterogeneous;TCM symptom improvement rate is higher,the difference has significant statistical significance [OR = 4.83,95% CI(3.31,7.05),P<0.00001],I2 = 0%,the result is not heterogeneous;(5)The incidence of nausea and vomiting is lower,the difference has significant statistics Academic significance[RR=0.67,95%CI(0.56,0.80),Z=4.40,P<0.00001],I2 = 0%,the result is not heterogeneous;(6)The incidence of fever is lower,and the difference is statistically significant,[RR=0.75,95%CI(0.66,0.86),Z=4.15,P<0.00001],I2 = 0%,the result is not heterogeneous.In the study,107 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were used,34.9% were used for invigorating spleen and regulating qi,19.3% for soothing the liver,14.5% for nourishing yin and nourishing liver,11.6% for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,8.8% for clearing heat and promoting dampness,and 6.2% for detoxification and dispersing knot.Conclution: 1.Chinese medicine combined with TACE treatment of primary liver cancer in the near future effective rate,survival rate,quality of life stability rate,Chinese medicine symptom improvement rate,the incidence of adverse reactions can play a more obvious effect.2.The circumference to the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary liver cancer patients with conventional composition mainly can be divided into: soothing liver and Qi,invigorating spleen and regulating Qi,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clea ring heat and dampness,nourishing yin and nourishing liver,soft firm fights.3.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)around the time of surgery with conventional is atractylodes,poria cocos,radix bupleuri,radix glycyrrhizae,radix paeoniae alba,angelica,dangshen,the most commonly used ingredients is bitter and grape,the most commonly used drugs to the spleen and liver.4.The treatment of primary liver cancer should pay attention to the liver and spleen homology,liver spleen method is one of the important treatment around the time of the conventional technique.
