Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spastic Paralysis After Stroke (cerebral Hemorrhage Recovery Period) With Balancing And Relaxing Muscle Manipulation

Objective: To observe the rehabilitation effect of balanced massage for spasticity,motor function and ability of daily life of spastic paralysis patients after stroke(cerebral hemorrhage recovery period).Methods:60 cases were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with medical basic symptomatic support therapy and modern rehabilitation therapy,combined with balanced tendon relaxing massage hand method;the control group was treated with medical basic symptomatic support therapy and modern rehabilitation therapy.The two groups were treated 5 days a week,rest 2 days,6 weeks as a course of treatment,a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the degree of spasticity,the ability of daily life and the function of limb movement were evaluated,and analyzed and compared.Result:(1)After treatment,the modified Ashworth spasticity scale of the two groups was lower than that of the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)The Brunnstrom evaluation of the two groups after treatment was higher than that of the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After treatment,the Barthel index score of the two groups was higher than that of the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046,< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:It is an effective method for the treatment of spastic paralysis after apoplexy(cerebral hemorrhage recovery period)to improve the degree of spasticity,motor function and ability of daily life of spastic paralysis patients after apoplexy(cerebral hemorrhage recovery period),which is worthy of further promotion.
