Clinical Observation Of Zhuqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Failure Syndrome Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhu ovarian follicle Decoction on premature ovarian failure(POF)with deficiency of liver and kidney yin.To explore the mechanism of this prescription in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Method:The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with zhuovan decoction,and the control group was treated with estrogen tablet.After 3 months of treatment,the TCM symptom scores,serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)levels and adverse drug reactions were observed before and after the two groups.Result:There were 38 cases in the experimental group,15 cases cured,10 cases effective,8 cases effective,5 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.84%;39 cases in the control group,9 cases cured,10 cases effective,12 cases effective,8 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 79.49%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P < 0.05).The serum hormone levels of FSH and LH in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05).E2 in the two groups before and after treatment was significantly higher,with a significant difference(P < 0.05).After treatment,FSH,LH and E2 levels in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were reduced.The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of dry mouth and dry throat,mood fluctuation,depression and suspicion,sensory disturbance,dizziness and tinnitus,fatigue,vaginal dryness,hyposexual desire and constipation(P.Conclusion: Zhu ovarian follicle Decoction can obviously improve the TCM symptoms of premature ovarian failure with deficiency of liver and kidney yin,reduce the TCM syndrome score,regulate the level of hormone.Compared with hormone therapy,it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and has no adverse reactions.
