Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hepatic And Kidney Yin Deficiency Ovarian Premature Aging By Yi-kidney Spring Drink

ObjectiveYishenhuichun Yin was given orally to patients with premature ovarian failure due to deficiency of liver and kidney yin.Menstruation,follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）,estradiol（E2）,luteinizing hormone（LH）and related clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical effect of Yishenhuichun Yin on premature ovarian failure of liver-kidney yin deficiency type.Method60 patients with premature ovarian failure of liver-kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Huichun drink orally,while the control group was given oral treatment with phenolactone.The above patients were followed up to record the menstruation before and after treatment,TCM syndrome integral,FSH,E2,LH and so on.Using statistical analysis,the curative effect of Yishen Huichun Yin on premature ovarian failure of deficiency of liver and kidney yin was evaluated.Results1.The total effective rate was 80.0%in the treatment group,76.7%in the control group,76.7%in the treatment group and 73.4%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P>0.05）,which indicated that the two groups had the same curative effect.2.There was significant difference in the treatment group before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in improving the symptoms of dizziness and tinnitus in the control group（P>0.05）,but there was a significant difference in the other syndromes（P<0.05）.3.After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）in improving the symptoms of lumbago-knee weakness,dizziness and tinnitus and hypochondriac pain（P<0.05）.The curative effect of the control group was better than that of the treatment group（P<0.05）in improving the syndrome of vaginal dry astringency.The curative effect of the two groups was the same as that of the two groups（P>0.05）in improving the fever of hot night sweating,five annoyances,irritability,insomnia and multiple dream syndrome（P>0.05）.4.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment（P>0.05）,indicating that the two groups had the same curative effect in improving the overall TCM syndrome.5.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment with FSH,E₂,LH was statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the two treatment methods could improve the indexes of sex hormone.6.The difference between the two groups after treatment with serum FSH,E₂,LH was statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving sex hormone indexes.7.Safety analysis:blood,urine,fecal routine,liver,kidney function and blood lipid levels were monitored during treatment in both groups.Both methods are safe.ConclusionIn view of premature ovarian failure with deficiency of liver and kidney yin,by using Yishen Huichun decoction to nourish liver and kidney and nourish yin and fill essence as the treatment method,it can not only improve menstruation or menorrhea,too little menstruation and accompanying symptoms,but also effectively reduce FSH and LH,to improve E2 level.There were no obvious adverse reactions.
