Purpose:Data mining technology was used to analyze the characteristics of Professor Liu Baowen’s traditional Chinese medicine for different syndromes of myelodysplastic syndromes.Material and method:A database of medical records was set up for 98 patients with myelodysplastic syndromes(405 cases)who were admitted to the outpatient department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to December 31,2017 by Professor Liu Baowen.Excel is used for data preprocessing and statistical frequency.SPSS Modeler is used as data mining platform to do association analysis and cluster analysis, and draw association rule netting graph, cluster analysis dendrogram.Results:1.Among 98 MDS patients, there were 52 males and 46 females. The median age was 55 years old.The average number of prescriptions for traditional Chinese medicine was 20.2.summarize the commonly used drugs and their efficacy of Professor Liubaowen’s traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of different types of myelodysplastic syndrome. There are405 prescriptions for the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome,of which 177 are prescription for deficiency deficiency syndrome,138 for spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,59 for sputum and blood stasis, and 31 for heat poisoning syndrome.According to the efficacy classification of Qi and blood deficiency deficiency syndrome and spleen and kidney deficiency deficiency deficiency syndrome are mainly deficiency drugs, phlegm and blood stasis resistance syndrome is mainly blood circulation and blood stasis drugs, and heat poisoning and incandescent syndrome is mainly heat-clearing drugs.According to the classification of drugs, the four syndromes are mainly drugs that enter the liver, while the different types of syndromes are different. The deficiency of Qi and deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, and phlegm and stasis are mainly used to enter the liver and kidney.Heat poisoning and incandescent drugs are mainly used to enter the liver and lung.3.The high-frequency drugs used in the different syndromes of Professor Liu Baowen’streatment of myelodysplastic syndromes were clustered, and the four syndromes were summarized into 2 clusters.4.extract the drug pair and drug group of Professor Liubaowen’s Chinese medicine treatment of different syndrome myelodysplastic syndrome. The results obtained from the two-linked and three-linked correlation analysis are arranged according to the degree of support. The results obtained are that the excavated drug pairs, drug groups and Liujiaoshou’s drug use experience are consistent.Conclusion:1.professor liu baowen summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of myelodysplasia syndrome as "deficiency","toxin" and "blood stasis",and took "nourishing marrow and generating blood, detoxifying and removing blood stasis" as the general treatment principle.2.there are many similarities and differences in the medication used by professor liu baowen for the treatment of myelodysplasia syndrome with different syndromes, four card type is both to make up for medullary hemopoietic jiedu decoction on the basis of party, but also has its characteristics of drugs, such as make free with mountain, arrowhead, fresh mushroom airpotato yam, zhejiang bei, selfheal with soft firm phlegm, centipede, leech, rhizoma zedoariae with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, folium isatidis, gypsum, cortex moutan, buffalo horn to clear heat cool blood detoxification,etc.3.the results of data mining basically conform to Professor Liu Baowen’s experience in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome. In general,it embodies the characteristics of drug use and academic thought.
