Ankle Arthroscopy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine To Improve The Clinical Symptoms Of Talar Cartilage Injury Of Blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation

Purpose: To obersrve clinical outcomes of arthroscopic debridement and microfractre united New General Pain Stasis-Expelling Mixture and Fumigating And Washing Granules to improve clinical symptoms of type of syndrome of blood stasis and stagnant qi HeppleⅡⅢⅣ type osteochondal lesions of the talus.Material and method:From September 2016 to December 2018 in second department of Traditional Chinese Orthopaedics,the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,two families from mainlydiagnosing osteochondal lesions of the lesions,type of syndrome of blood stasis and stagnant qi,including eligible inpatients of39,40 feet,as a clinical study.1 person on both sides,in which 38 are unilateral,20 male patients,21 ankle,female 19 person,19 ankle.Right-foot 23 cases,left foot of 17 cases.16-57 years old,the average age of 40.725 years old,course of 6 months-20 months,the average duration of 11.5 months.Randomly divided into 2 groups,20 cases in each group,a group of conventional treatment group,a group of combined treatment group.Two groups of patients with basic situation and factors cartilage lesions of the talus after comparing no statistical difference(P > 0.05).Two groups of patients according to the disease clear ankle microscopically probe microfracture drilling decompression surgery,surgery are completed smoothly,to prevent infection,postoperative pain,swelling,anticoagulant thrombosis prevention and other conventional treatment,postoperative combination group gives New General Pain Stasis-Expelling Mixture(approval number: liao medicine system word Z20150638)oral,incision healing after to give Mixture Fumigating And Washing Granules(approval number: liao medicine system word Z20150672)outside.VAS score and AOFAS score and record before and after treatment for 10 weeks,in the two groups for the statistical analysis results,get the conclusion.Results:Routine treatment group: the average VAS score before treatment: 3.65±1.10 points,AOFAS score: 62.15±8.54 points.10 weeks after the operation:VAS score: 1.50±0.89 points,AOFAS score: 82.40±9.95 points.Perimeter difference of ankle joint before and after treatment 10weeks:-0.49±0.76 cm.Joint function after treatment 10 weeks period: 73.37±19.68%Combined treatment group:Treatment before: the average VAS score: 3.75 ± 1.02 points,AOFAS mean score: 61.05±8.36 points.10 weeks after the operation : the average VAS score: 0.98 ± 0.73 points,AOFAS mean score: 89.10±7.68 points.Perimeter difference of ankle joint before and after treatment10weeks:-0.49±0.76 cm.Joint function after treatment period10 weeks: 55.81 ± 21.05%.Swelling degree of ankle joint,postoperative AOFAS score and VAS score at 8 weeks after the operation and joint function after treatment period after statistics calculation P < 0.05,statistical differences.Conclusion:Microfracture technique under ankle arthrocopy united New General Pain StasisExpelling Mixture and Fumigating And Washing Granules to improve the clinical symptoms-type of syndrome of blood stasis and stagnant qi type of Hepple ⅡⅢⅣosteochondal lesions of the talus is an effective method,which can ease joint pain better,improve joint function,return to normal life.
