Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhupi Decoction In Treating Stroke Sequelae (blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals)

Purpose: To investigate therapeutic treatment the clinical curative effect of 80 patients with stroke sequela,for treating sequela provides another way of thinking,which in order to speed up the overall rehabilitation of patients with stroke sequela period provide beneficial exploration process,to fill the empty space in clinical research has very important practical significance and value.Method: Select 80 patients with stroke sequela(12 to 2016 in October2017,the first affiliated hospital of hunan medical university during the heart hospital patients)with randomized,40 cases in each group.The observation group,the therapeutic tonga minus one oral,with each 200 ml,twice daily,morning and evening temperature suit;Control group to be blood tong capsule orally,four each time,3 times a day,two groups of patients are western medicine foundation treatment.Assess the two groups of clinical curative effect,judge the curative effect is better than blood tong capsule.Results: Clinical nerve function defect degree effect analysis: observation group effective rate is 97.5 %;The control rate was 72.5 %.Efficacy analysis of TCM syndrome: the effective rate of observation group was 95%,and the control group was 70% effective.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion: This study suggests therapeutic tonga subtraction treating stroke sequela has good curative effect,to some extent improve the self-care ability of the patient’s life,at the same time improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,conducive to the overall rehabilitation of patients.
