Observation On The Curative Effect Of Strengthening The Body To Stop Bleeding In The Treatment Of Renal Hematuria With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Purpose:To observe the effect of the method of Strengthening Body Resistance and Hemostatic on patients with renal hematuria of QiYin Deficiency of Type,and evaluate the effect of the method of Strengthening Body Resistance and Hemostatic on patients with renal hematuria of QiYin deficiency of type,and provide ideas for future clinical research.Material and method:From October 2017 to September 2018,patients in the hospital outpatient clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.A total of 61 cases,both meet the symptoms of Chinese medicine QiYin Deficiency of Type.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,31 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The treatment group was given hemostatic of traditional Chinese medicine,control group was given Shenyan Kangfu Pian.Two groups as 15 days for a course of treatment,The patients have received a follow-up visit for 2 corse of treatment.Compared with patients’ change degree between the treat before and the treat after in the TCM symptoms and urinary phase contrast microscopy,urine red blood cell count.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of two groups of Western medicine: the final total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%,and the final total effective rate of the control group was66.67%.The treatment results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,with significant Statistical difference(P < 0.05).2.The efficacy of TCM symptoms in the two groups: the total efficiency of the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 93.55%,and the total effective rate in the improvement of TCM symptoms in the control group was 63.33%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the erythrocyte counts,urinary sediment red blood cell count and other physical and chemical indicators were reduced,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment of two groups of TCM symptoms,the patients in the treatment group hadno facial sensation,low back pain,fatigue,dry mouth and dry throat,and the symptoms of less gas laziness were significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of Strengthening Body Resistance and Hemostatic is effective in improving the QiYin deficiency type renal hematuria patients regardless of TCM symptoms or corresponding physical and chemical indicators,such as urine sediment red blood cell count,microscopic examination of red blood cell count,etc.,It is worth popularizing for patients with renal hematuria.
