Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect Of Jiawei Shengmai Decoction On The Chronic Heart Failure(Qiyin Deficiency)

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiaweishengmaisan decoction onthe chronic heart failure（qiyin deficiency）.Methods:60patients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and randomlydivided into two groups,30as the experimental group and the other30as the controlgroup.Both groups were treated by western medical regular therapy,while thejiaweishengmaisan decoction was applied to the experimental group in addition.Thetreatment cycles for the two groups were both4weeks.Some indexes were observed beforeand after the treatment.Results:Both groups have good improvements in cardiac functional grading andEchocardiography(LVEF/SV).There are no differences in the curative effect between thegroups before and after the treatment. P=0.548>0.05, for BNP). For the comparison of thetraditional Chinese medicine disease score、quality of life、NT-proBNP and6-minute walktest,the improved grades of all the parts in the experimental group are better than those inthe control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion: Jiaweishengmai decoction can improve the cardiac function and clinicalsymptoms of the patients,also the quality of their lives. It is anticipated to be used widelyin clinic.
