Standardized Research On The Structure And Function Of Pulmonary Collaterals And The Terminology And Pathogenesis Of Pulmonary Collateral Diseases

Purpose and Significance: The purpose of this study is to standardize the terminology of pulmonary collateral disease related diseases,structure and function,pathogenesis and other terms,initially form the thinking and methods of this study,and form the first draft of the standardization of terms of pulmonary collateral disease,structural function and pathogenesis in the Collection of TCM Terminology of Pulmonary collateral disease.To lay a good foundation for the establishment of a unified and standardized system of syndrome and treatment of pulmonary collateral disease,and on this basis to provide convenient conditions for clinical,scientific research,teaching,discipline construction and international exchanges of pulmonary collateral disease.Research content and method:Through literature collection,data processing,terminology standardization research and Delphi expert questionnaire,this study searched the relevant literature of pulmonary collateral disease,extracted the relevant terms for standardized definition,and conducted Delphi expert questionnaire survey on the results of the research.Finally,it formed the "Terminology Collection of TCM Terminology of Pulmonary collateral Disease" about pulmonary collateral disease,structural function,pathogenesis and so on.Result of terminology standardization in aspect.Results:1.Based on the statistics of literature,the diseases closely related to pulmonary collateral diseases in TCM include: pulmonary arthralgia,pulmonary impotence,cough,asthma,pulmonary distention,hemoptysis,shortness of breath,pneumonia,febrile diseases,phlegm and so on.2.Based on the statistics of literature,the TCM diseases closely related to pulmonary collateral diseases include interstitial lung disease,idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,bronchial asthma,atypical pneumonia,cough variant asthma,pneumonia,lung cancer,bronchiectasis,acute respiratory distress syndrome,etc.3.Preliminary draft of terms for pulmonary collateral disease was established based on data statistics and literature research.4.The results of standardized terminology research of pulmonary collateral disease based on Delphi questionnaire survey show that the positive coefficient of experts is100.00%;the maximum and minimum authoritative coefficient of experts is 1,the minimum is 0.7,the average is 0.875,which is obviously greater than 0.7;therefore,the average number of nouns is more than 3.00,the coefficient of variation is less than 30%,and the full score ratio is more than 10%.Conclusion:Preliminary standardized summary of diseases related to pulmonary collateral disease in traditional Chinese and Western medicine was made to provide reference for standardized treatment of pulmonary collateral disease in the future;a glossary of terms of pulmonary collateral disease(disease name,structure,function,pathogenesis)was initially formed and standardized,and the results of standardization were initially certified by authority;a general working idea of standardized research on terms of pulmonary collateral disease was formed,which will provide a reference for standardization of pulmonary collateral Reference is provided for the standardization of TCM terminology.
