Purpose: The clinical characteristics and medication of patients with malignant tumor hemorrhage were summarized, providing a strong basis for the treatment of patients in clinics with malignant tumor hemorrhage in the future. To analyze the TCM syndrome types of patients, and to study the differences in bleeding types of various TCM syndrome types,so as to provide reference basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Materials and Methods: The inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for malignant tumor hemorrhage in the oncology department of Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to May 2018 were selected. The general data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed, including the treatment method for primary tumor, bleeding type, level of anemia, haemostasis time, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and medication, etc.,which were recorded into Excel to form a database.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis,one-way ANOVA and t-test,k-mean clustering method, and rank sum test.Result:1.The primary tumor source of 91 patients with malignant tumor hemorrhage:32 cases of lung cancer,20 cases of bowel cancer,5 cases of liver cancer,4 cases of prostate cancer,5cases of pancreatic cancer,4 cases of bladder cancer,7 cases of stomach cancer,3 cases of cervical cancer,2 cases of endometrial cancer,1 case of esophageal cancer,2 cases of cholangiocarcinoma,1 case of kidney cancer,1 case of mediastinal cancer,1 case of maxillary cancer,1 case of tongue cancer,1 case of thyroid cancer and 1 case of tonsil cancer.Treatment of primary tumors:34 cases of operation,23 cases of chemotherapy,8 cases of radiotherapy,7 cases of targeted therapy,5 cases of endocrine therapy and 1 case of gamma knife.Hemorrhage type:hemoptysis, hematochezia, hematemesis, urine blood, vaginal bleeding,83 patients with only one type of bleeding,8 patients with multiple types of bleeding.Hemoptysis accounted for the highest proportion in lung cancer patients(87.50%),hematochezia accounted for the highest proportion in bowel cancer patients(85%),hematemesis accounted for the highest proportion in gastric cancer patients(85.71%).Theproportion of primary incidence of lung cancer in hemoptysis patients was the highest(87.50%),that of colorectal cancer in hematochezia patients was the highest(43.59%),and that of gastric cancer in hematemesis patients was the highest(42.86%).2.61 of the 91 patients had anemia of different degrees.3.The results of univariate ANONA and t test indicated that the average hemostasis time of anemia patients with oral Chinese decoction was less than that of those without oral Chinese decoction.4.The k-mean clustering analysis results suggested that the TCM syndromes of the patients could be classified into four types:qi and blood deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, and zheng deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.5.The results of rank-sum test indicated that the bleeding types of different TCM syndromes were different.6.There were 62 cases(68.13%)of oral Chinese decoction,35 cases of hemostatic Chinese medicine,23 cases of blood-tonifying Chinese herbs and 83 cases of Chinese patent medicine injection(91.21%).There are 53 patients simple to use anti-tumor injection,20 patients simple to use Fuzheng injection,10 patients make use of both anti-tumor and Fuzheng injection.Conclusion:1.Hemoptysis,hematochezia and hematemesis are common bleeding types in patients with malignant tumors.Hemoptysis is easy to be induced in patients with lung cancer, hematochezia is easy to occur in patients with colorectal cancer, hematemesis is easy to occur in patients with gastric cancer.2.Patients with malignant tumor hemorrhage are easy to appear anemia symptom.3.The hemostasis time of 51 patients with complete hemostasis during hospitalization was related to oral Chinese medicine decoction.4.The TCM syndrome types of the patients in this study can be classified into four types:qi and blood deficiency syndrome,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, and zheng deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.5.Different TCM syndromes have differences in bleeding types.Hemorrhagic patients included in this study are more likely to manifest the syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and stagnation of blood stasis.6.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with malignant tumor hemorrhage are as follows:hemostasis combined with anti-tumor therapy of strengthening the body and eliminating evil.
