The Characteristics Of Syndrome Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding And The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Its Damp And Heat Syndrome By Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:Induced the characteristic of Syndrome of Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding through statistical analysis.To observe the safety and efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine associated with dydrogesteroin treating Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine blee-ding and explore its mechanism.Methods:1.Collected all primary symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue figure and pulse condition of the patients which belonged to the gathered cases,discriminated syndrome of TCM,setup a database and then analysed the frequency of data in the database with statistical software,sumed up the syndrome characteristics of all the patients.2.Divided 60 patients of childbearing age non ovulation dysfunctional uterine bleeding of damp heat syndrome randomly into two groups.30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine associated with Dydrogesteroin.30 cases in the control group were treated with Marvelon.both group treat for three month.Observed the hemostatic effect,the improvement of clinical symptoms,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin levels Of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.In the 128 collected cases of patients with Child-bearing age anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,heat syndrome were more common(25.0%),followed by Kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(17.97%),Syndrome of stagnation of liver fire(14.06%),kidney dificency and blood stasis sydrome(12.5%),Liver depression and blood stasis syndrome(11.72%),Spleen-kidney dificiency syndrome(8.59%),deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and caloric(5.47%),Syndrome of stagnation of heart and liver fire(4.69%).The main pathological organs were liver,kidney and spleen.2.The total effective rate of hemostatic effect of the treatment was 93.3% and that of the control group was 90%.There was no significant difference between the two groups when compared in hemostatic effect(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group had no statistican difference in menstrual cycle,bleeding days,bleeding volume and the total clinical efficacy of post-treatment(P>0.05).After treament,the TCM symptom score,hemoglobin level,endometrial thickness of the two groups were significant diffirent as compared with that before treament(P<0.01).When Compared the TCM symptoms curative effec of the treatment group and the control group,the diffirence had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,The TCM symptom score and the hemoglobin level between two groups were with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).After treatment,diffirence exsisted in the endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.By analysing information of four diagnostic methods of 128 child-bearing patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,the study found that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to the liver,spleen,kidney three dirty and the main pathogenic factors are deficiency,heat,blood stasis and dampness.Damp heat syndrome is one of the most important syndrome which accounted for a significant proportion.The essence of damp heat syndrome is intermingled deficiency and excess,asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.2.Combined TCM and west medicine to treat anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding can unite the advatanges of hormone therapy which was short hemostasis time and that of treatments with traditional Chinese medicine which was obvious improvement of symptoms.Compared with single Chinese medicine treatment or hormone therapy,it has more advantages,and should be used as a better treatment plan in clinical promotion.
