Coronary heart disease(CHD)and stroke are both atherosclerotic diseases.They share the same pathological basis,so it is common in clinic that both of them have combined seizures.Modern medicine treats coronary heart disease with apoplexy sequelae mainly by anti-atherosclerosis,improving myocardial blood supply and lowering blood pressure.Traditional Chinese medicine takes syndrome differentiation and treatment as its basic principle,pays attention to improving the quality of life of patients,and has unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.Based on the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the tutor summarized the experience of diagnosis and treatment.,and believed that coronary heart disease combined with stroke sequelae is deficiency in origin and enrichment in symptom.Liver and kidney yin deficiency is the source,wind pathogen,fire-evil,phlegm-fluid retention and blood stasis are enrichment in symptom.When the tutor treats patients,tightly cling to the manifestations of “chest pain,chest tightness,even chest pain thoroughly back,shortness of breath,hemiplegia,limb numbness,partially withered without use,limb stiffness,constriction and deformation,muscle atrophy,skew of mouth and tongue,dysphasia”,starting from deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,to nourish the liver and kidney,nourish the heart and collaterals,dredge meridians as the method,treats the disease using Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction with Dihuang Yinzi,getting significant clinical effect.This article summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor in treating coronary heart disease combined with stroke sequelae,and selects two typical cases,hoping to provide effective ideas and methods for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease combined with stroke sequelae.
