Objective:By collecting and sorting out prescriptions and medications based on syndrome differentiation from cases of Chest Obstruction (Coronary Heart Disease) treated by Professor Yao Zupei, and then to conduct analysis and induction for summarizing his experience on knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and clinical prescriptions and medications of Chest Obstruction.Methods:Select 68 cases of Patients with Chest Obstruction included in the standard from Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient and ward, recording the diagnosis and treatment. To observe the treatment for 4 weeks. Using TCM inheritance support, system to establish case information database. Through the frequency statistics algorithm to summarize dialectical type and analyze the frequency and frequency rate of commonly used drugs, combining with outpatient copy and experiences in instructor teaching. To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Yao in treating Chest Obstruction (Coronary Heart Disease)Results:After analyzed 68 cases, it is found that:Chest Obstruction is divided into 6 diagnosis, they are qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm blocking heart vessel syndrome, Yang failure syndrome, Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome. There are 52 cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, in 76.48%, which is easy to merge phlegm turbidity, congealing cold, qi deficiency and Yin deficiency. Corresponding to The main treatment is regulate qi and invigorate the blood. Statistical data of classification and frequency of herbs in the first prescription from 68 cases showed that the total number of herbs is 117,among which herbs accounts for more than half was followed by radix bupleuri, radix paeoniaerubra, radix curcumae, sweet, cortex albiziae, radix glycyrrhizae, radix paeoniae alba, bitter orange that mainly belonging to herbs with function of soothing the liver to relieve depression and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Conclusions:Experiences of Professor Yao in the treatment of Chest Obstruction are rich, and the Efficacy is distinct, Based on decades of clinical experience, Professor Yao thinks that liver qi stagnation is the root cause of the disease, and then blood stasis and phlegm turbidity can been caused. Professor Yao also advocates treatment from liver to regulate qi and blood, and usually select the double heart decoction which can soothing the liver to relieve depression and removing blood stasis, which exert the advantages of Chinese medicine. |
