Clinical Research On Umbilical Acupuncture Combined With Body Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Menopausal Emotional Diseases

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of perimenopause syndrome with Qi acupuncture decoction and acupuncture,Preliminary discussion with combined therapy of needle medicine perimenopausal syndrome is feasible for better treatment of this disease,provides the basis.Material and method:Randomly divided 90 examples of perimenopause syndrome into treatment(30 examples)and control group1(30 examples).and control group2(30 examples).The treatment group was treated by Qi acupuncture decoction and acupuncture,the control group1 was treated by Qi acupuncture decoction,the control group2 was treated by body acupuncture.comparing improvements of the clinical symptoms score,SDS points,and changes of E2、FSH levels before and after treatment.Results: 1 Treatment group total effectiveness 100%,control group 1 the total effective rate was 93.4%,and the control group 2 the total effective rate was 90%,Compared the three groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than two groups of control;2 After treatment,symptoms improved kupperman total score is statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than two groups of control group in improving the symptoms.groups kupperman symptom score improved after treatment compared to the treatment group than the two control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3 Individual symptom scores after treatment,compared to the hot flushes and sweating,insomnia,nervous anxiety,sensitivitdepression,fatigueweakness and other symptoms improved,there were statistical significance(P <0.05),indicating that the curative effect of treatment group was better than the two control groups,and there was no significant difference in the rest symptoms;4 In SDS total score after treatment in the three groups,the difference was significant P<0.01)indicating that the treatment group decreased significantly in SDSintegral single symptom score compared to the psychomotor retardation and depressive mental disorder improvement,the difference was significant(P<0.05),the remaining difference was not statistically significant.Compared to the three groups in the E2 levelConclusion: After treatment,the difference significant(P<0.05): Compared to the three groups in the FSH level after treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qi acupuncture decoction with the acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the perimenopause Syndromes in Patients with clinical symptoms,regulate hormone levels,and can adjust the Patient’s emotions,is the better treatment of perimenopause Syndromes and effective Prescription than a single acupuncture treatment.
