Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring In L Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: The project was to deeply understand the current status and existing problems of adverse drug reactions in L Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,through investigating in the monitoring work on adverse reaction of Chinese medicine in L Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,analyzing the adverse reaction data reported between year 2010 to 2016,and carrying out questionnaire of doctors,nurses and patients,which will finally improve the system of adverse drug reaction monitoring.This will provide strategy to prevent the Chinese medicine adverse reactions in L Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and provide reference for strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions and ensuring drug usage safety in L Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods: This project used literature research,questionnaire survey,field investigation and retrospective analysis as the research method,and drug adverse reaction monitoring data of L Hospital of Chinese medicine between 2010 and 2016 as subjective to statistically analyze and comprehensively evaluate the general situation of patients with adverse reactions,including age,sex,way of administration,clinical manifestation,involvement of organ damage,medicine type and the situation of the reporting personnel.A field survey was conducted on drug adverse reactions and recognition of clinical rational use of drugs.According to the different occupational backgrounds of three groups,doctors,nurses and patients,stratified random sampling questionnaire was used,and the results were collated,counted and analyzed.The database management system of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine was constructed by using B/S model,My SQL database,Java language,J2 EE technology,SSH architecture,and TOMCAT as the middle layer of database.The basic information database was established firstly,and a standardized database of drug adverse reactions was established based on the data in basic information database.Completed data retrieval and statistical functions according to different requirements.Results: 1.With the rapid development of the national drug adverse reaction monitoring work,the leaders of the L Chinese medicine at all levels paid more attention to the drug adverse reactions and carried out a series of work.The number of drug adverse reactions reported increased year by year.From year 2010 to 2016,1020 cases of drug adverse reactions has been reported.In “national drug adverse reaction monitoring system” platform,1020 cases of the hospital monitoring data were statistically analyzed by using the data retrieval,data export and statistical analysis function of drug adverse reactions.The results showed that there were risks of the clinical use of antibacterials and traditional Chinese medicine injections,the irrational drug use of which had prominent problems.2.The investigation results of recognition of drug adverse reactions and rational drug use in L hospital showed that there was a good overall effect of the monitoring of drug adverse reactions in the hospital due to the attention of the leaders and the common efforts of medical staff,which promoted the level of drug safely use in clinic.However,there were still some misunderstandings of drug adverse reactions in the medical staff,leading to the lack of total reports and general scientific knowledge about the drug adverse reactions and rational drug use.3.Through the construction and maintenance of the basic information base of the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine,the real-time input and update of the adverse reaction data,the function search of the adverse reaction database and the scientific statistic are realized.After the construction,the database management system of the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine was connected with the hospital HIS system.After the doctor gave the prescription of decoction,Chinese patent medicine and western medicine,the system automatically gave out the possible adverse reactions,the occurrence of adverse reactions in the early stage,the notice of attention and so on.It is used to help doctors communicate with the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and disputes.Conclusion: This project used literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey and retrospective analysis to investigate the drug adverse reaction monitoring of L hospital,statistically analyze 1020 cases of drug adverse reactions reported in the period of year 2010-2016,take survey of 200 clinicians,204 clinical frontline nurses,305 patients and 305 patients,and thus to excavate the problems in the monitoring of drug adverse reactions in L hospital and summarized the reasons.There were four problems as follows.Firstly,the total number of reports was not high and the availability was low;secondly,some reports were inaccurate and incomplete;thirdly,there were risks in clinical use of antibacterials and traditional Chinese medicine injections;fourthly,the problem of irrational drug use was more prominent.In order to improve the countermeasures of the drug adverse reaction monitoring system in L hospital,some suggestions were provided.First,strengthen the drug management and ensure the use of qualified drugs;second,strengthen the monitoring of drug adverse reactions to promote the clinical rational use of drugs;third,build a database management system for the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent the occurrence of the drug adverse reaction.
