The Clinical Effect Observation Of RPH-4 Combined With Yangrong Runchangshu Mixture In The Treatment Of Rectal Protruding Constipation

Purpose:RPH-4 surgery and Xiaozhiling injection have certain advantages in the treatment of moderate rectal congenital constipation.Now from the perspective of fluid mechanics theory,analysis of two different treatment methods in the effective rectal rectum diameter,fecal nature factors The changes in the impact on defecation function,according to fluid mechanics theory to explain and find an effective treatment of moderate to severe rectal prolapse treatment program.Material and method :According to the principle of randomized controlled trial design,60 patients with moderate and severe rectal prodromal constipation in our hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two roups:treatment group and control group.Each 30 patients.The treatment group was treated with RPH surgry combined with was treated with Xiaozhiling injection and Rongrun Changshu mixture.Observe the total defecation scores at 2 weeks,1month,and 3months after operation in two groups,as well as postoperative bleeeding,pain,infection,urinary retention,anal stenosis and presence or vaginal rectal spasm,Analyze and compare SPSS17.0.Results: 1、RPH-4 combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture and Xiaozhiling injection combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture can improve the bowel movement symptoms and achieve satisfactory results,but the effect of RPH-4 group is better than that of Xiaozhiling injection group.2、RPH-4 group and Xiaozhiling injection group can significantly change the depth of rectocele,but the effect of RPH-4 group is significantly better than Xiaozhiling injection group.3、There was no significant difference in fecal nature and time of first defecation between the RPH-4 group and the Xiaozhiling injection group.Conclusion: 1、RPH-4 combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture and Xiaozhiling injection combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture can improve the bowel movement symptoms and achieve satisfactory results,but the effect of RPH-4 group is better than that of Xiaozhiling injection group.2、RPH-4 can significantly improve the depth of rectocele.3、Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture can significantly improve the stool traits.4、RPH-4 combined with Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture can effectively treat moderate to severe rectocele and the clinical effect is worth promoting.5、RPH-4 combined Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture therapy can be explained by fluid mechanics theory to explain the effectiveness of treatment of severe rectocele,surgery to change the effective lumen diameter,reconstruction of rectal vaginal separation,increase rectal compliance,oral care Yang Rong Run Chang Shu Mixture changes the characteristics of the feces,by changing the abnormal factors causing constipation symptoms,to eliminate the purpose of clinical symptoms.
