Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Due To Kidney Deficiency With TDP Magic Lamp Irradiation By Zhitong Powder

Purpose: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhitongsan combined with TDP lamp irradiation in the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold type ankylosing spondylitis.Material and method:A total of 72 patients hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2016 and December 2017 were screened.The basic data of the patients were complete,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups of patients received the same basic protective measures.The control group was given an oral stable dose of sulfasalazine and meloxicam capsules;the experimental group was added to the treatment of the control group.The topical pain relief topical application with TDP lamp treatment.2 weeks is a course of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores and ASAS20 were statistically analyzed and evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results: All 72 patients received follow-up data after the complete course of treatment.Thirty-six patients in the experimental group: ESR before treatment(24.86±22.04),after treatment(16.80±14.36),before CRP treatment(25.88±26.11),after treatment(10.89±14.20);total score of TCM syndrome before treatment(10.846± 2.661)After treatment(4.844±3.648),the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 69.45%,of which 2 were clinical remissions,6 were markedly effective,17 were effective,and 11 were ineffective;the ratio to ASAS20 was 70.56%.36 patients in the control group: before ESR treatment(25.80±21.64),after treatment(18.29±16.90);before CRP treatment(28.32±26.14),after treatment(13.67±16.29);the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 47.22% Among them,1 was clinically relieved,5 markedly effective,11 effective,and 19 ineffective.The rate of reaching ASAS20 is 49.37%.Before treatment,the comparisons between the groups were all P>0.05,and they were comparable;after treatment,the differences between the groups were P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The analgesic powder and TDP lamp irradiation therapy can improve the TCM syndromes of the patients with severe cold type ankylosing spondylitis.2.The ESR and CRP indexes of the patients were significantly improved with TDP magic lamp.3.The therapeutic effect of TDP lamp irradiation therapy on PGA,spinal pain VAS score,BASFI score,spinal inflammatory score and ASAS20 score was significant.
