Purpose :To observe the clinical curative efficacy of percutaneous spinal endoscopic discectomy combined with the new body pain and stasis mixture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is analyzed. For provides exact basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and the prevention and treatment of postoperative lumbar syndrome.Materials and methods:From October 2016 to November 2017,48 cases of lumbar bone in two Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and after percutaneous spine endoscopic discectomy in treatment of patients as the research object, including 17 cases of male patients with LDH,31 cases of female patients with LDH,aged 25~84 years old. They were randomly divided into 24 cases of basic treatment group(control group)and 24 cases of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(experimental group). Two groups of patients were treated with percutaneous spinal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia to remove nucleus pulposus. The first day after operation, all patients were given symptomatic basic treatment, such as pain relieving, dehydration and swelling elimination. The experimental group was added the new body pain and stasis mixture group on the basis of basic treatment(approval number: Liao medicine Z20150638).In the experimental group, there were 8 male patients and 16 female patients, with an average age of 53.08 + 17.88.In the control group, there were 9 male patients and 15 female patients, with an average age of 58.38 + 17.35.All patients were evaluated at 1 days before operation, fifteenth days after operation and thirtieth days after operation. The evaluation model was recorded by VAS score,ODI score and JOA score. The study on Application of SPSS21.0 in the clinical treatment data analysis using statistical software, the index measurement data with normal distribution, with the mean + standard deviation;count data using n(%)said, the gender ratio between the experimental group and the control group was compared with two independent samples chi square test. The age and course of the twogroups were compared by t test. The scores of the two groups were compared by rank sum test,in order to compare the effect of two samples obtained before and after surgery and treatment and the difference(P > 0.05 showed no significant difference in P < 0.05 representative results are significantly different.).Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in the course of disease, age, sex, operation time and the amount of blood loss in the operation(P > 0.05).2.Follow up after 15 days: the experimental group: the average score of VAS was 5.17+ 0.70 points, the average score of JOA was 13.46 + 1.67 points, and the average score of ODI was 32.42 + 2.39 points. In the control group, the average score of VAS was 5.42 + 0.78 points, the average score of JOA was 12.88 + 1.19 points, and the average score of ODI was33.58 + 3.32 points.3 and 30 days after the operation: the experimental group: the average score of VAS was2.42 + 0.83,the average score of JOA was 18.08 + 1.61 points, and the average score of ODI was 21.67 + 1.24 points. In the control group, the average score of VAS was 3.08 + 0.65 points, the average score of JOA was 15.13 + 1.15 points, and the average score of ODI was24.38 + 1.86 points. Conclusions:Percutaneous spinal endoscopic discectomy combined with oral administration of new body pain and stasis removing mixture is an ideal method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which can relieve pain and facilitate postoperative recovery of lumbar function.
