Analysis Of Professor Li Xiaojuan's Medication In Treating Diabetic Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis

Purpose:To collct the medical records of the hospitalized patients in the treatment of Diabetie lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(DLASO)by Professor Li xiaojuan and use the data extraction method to summarize the drug prescription and my teacher’s cognition in the treatment of DLASO.Materials and methods:The data was collected in the Department-of Endocrinology,affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Cninese Medicine,during January 2016 to December 2017.Screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,by means of extracting,inputing valid data and transforming the clinical information into structured data with Excel 2003 software.Descriptive statistics show the frequency of drugs,frequency distribution and average data.SPSS 22.0 was used to comparing the mean,analyzing the relevant options to obtiain strong correlation drug pairs,and the clustering method is obtained by classification.Results: 1.Studies have shown that older adults have the highest incidence of DLASO,Men in 42,women in 60.2.2.104 cases of medical records were received,a total of 333 square meters,137 species of traditional Chinese medicine,and there are 33 drugs with a frequency greater than 10%,the top five leading traditional Chinese medicine respectively are radix paeoniae alba,toosendan fruit,cassia twig,angelica sinensis,semen coicis.3.Two variables of 20 types of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency greater than 17% were analyzed.Pass through screening to list 37 groups of medicine suits or combination,of the most central traditional Chinese medicine is 7 groups.4.System clustering was perforned with 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with frequency greater than 17%,which getting the results of three clustering squares,the first clustering square including of herba siegesbeckiae,oriental variegated coralbean bark,gastrodia elata,beautiful sweetgumgroups fruit,immature bitter orange,radix bupleuri,ricepaperplant pith,asarum and caulis spatholobi.And fowllowed the second clusteringsquare containing about adix paeoniae alba,cassia twig andradix.Finally,The third clustering square containing of frankincense,myrrh,main lateral,salvia,angelica sinensinensis,toosendan frui,rhizomacorydalis and semen coicis.5.Among four properties of Chinese medicines,humoral drugs were used the most,the rest were cold,flat,hot and cool orderly.Among the five flavors of Chinese medicines,the sweet and bitter medicines were used the most followed by the pungent,the sour and salty were used the minimum.Which hordinal number of the channel tropsm drugs with the data resulst were liver,kidney,spleen,lung,stomach,heart,largeintestn,bladder,small intestine,pericardium,triple burner meridians orderly.6.Three drugs were in the domain position during the rapeutic process of the DLASO,drugs for relieving exterior disorder and clearing damp in the next palce.7.There are 8 kinds of toxic drugs in 137 kinds of Chinese Medicine,and they are chinaberry fruit,broiled aconite,asarum,litrine,bitter almond,pinellia ternata and aconiti preparata.Conclusion:The mian method treatment of DLASO was gemeinrecht.The primary medicine suits and drug list of the treatment for DLASO,of which just as shown below :cassia twig-radix paeoniae alba,semen coicis-main lateral,radix bupleuri-immature bitter orange,white paeony root-honey-fried licorice root,toosendan fruit-rhizoma corydalis,asarum-tetrapanax papyriferus,frankincense-myrrh,erythrina india lam-dilute st.paulswortherb-gastrodia elata-beautiful sweetgum fruit.
