Purpose:To investigate the distribution of serum HDL subclasses and the changes of HDL function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis, and preliminary explore its mechanism.Method:Including the diagnosis of CHD from 2015 to 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical College and the Chinese Hospital of Yingkou City. After strict diagnosis by two or more chief physicians, patients with syndromes of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, and syndromes of non-coexistence are referred to each other.Patient.The patients’ blood samples were collected and the serum HDL subclass composition, content and distribution characteristics were detected using Lipoprint lipoprotein classifier. The ELISA assay was used to detect HDL,PON1,MPO,ApoAI,CRP-1,CETP,LCAT,ABCA1,SAA,S1 P and other HDL functions.Related indicators;automatic biochemical analyzer to detect patients with TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C situation. The distribution of HDL subclasses and differences in serum lipids between patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,non-convulsions and non-cardiac syndromes were compared, and the mechanism of the occurrence was discussed. Results:A total of 172 patients were enrolled, including 82 patients with sputum syndrome and 90 patients without sputum syndrome. The patient demographic groups were well balanced.Compared with patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, the plasma concentrations of TG and HDL-C in patients with sputum syndrome were increased(p<0.01);the percentages of serum large-particle HDL,middle-particle HDL were decreased, and the percentage of small-particle HDL was decreased.Increased(p<0.01),increased the concentration of granule HDL(p<0.05),and decreased the concentration of small-particle HDL(p<0.01).In terms of HDL structural composition, the serum S1 P concentration decreased(p<0.01),and the concentration of ApoAI decreased(p <0.05),SAA/ApoAI increased(p<0.01);MPO concentration increased,PON1 concentration decreased,MPO/PON1 increased(p<0.01)in terms of anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation;in terms of cholesterol reverse transport metabolism related enzymes and proteins The concentration of LCAT decreased(p<0.05)and the ABCA1 concentration decreased(p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The HDL subtypes of patients with coronary heart disease and sputum syndrome have a tendency to become smaller.(2)The function of HDL in patients with coronary heart disease/cardiac syndrome was reduced in anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,and RCT,and the loss of function occurred. |
