Observation Of The Curative Effect And Mechanism Of Wenfei Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma Caused By Cold Drink

PurposeThrough the Clinical observation of Wenfeihuayuyin in treating the syndrome of Hanyinfufei type of cough in Children with variant asthma,the clinical effect of Wenfeihuayuyin was further verified.At the same time,according to the data statistics of exhaled nitric oxide level and eosinophil percentage before and after treatment,the effects of Wenfeihuayuyin on these two indicators were observed,and the possible mechanism of Wenfeihuayuyin was preliminarily discussed,so as to treat Hanyinfufei type of cough in Children with variant asthma and provide treatment thinking.MethodsA total of 65children with cough variant asthma of Hanyinfufei type of cough who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases),with 2 cases falling off in treatment group and 3 cases falling off in control group.A total of 60 children’s data were collected.The treatment group was given wenfeihuayuyin orally,and the control group was given Montelukast orally.The TCM syndrome score and VAS score were calculated for the two groups at 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment and exhaled nitric oxide level and eosinophil percentage were calculated before and after treatment.A total of 19 cases had complete exhaled nitric oxide test indicators,including 10 cases in the treatment group and 9 cases in the control group.and a total of 28cases had perfect eosinophil percentage test indicators,15 cases in the treatment group and 13 cases in the control group.The observation results were statistically analyzed.Results1 Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromesThe total effective rate was 93.5%in the treatment group after 6 weeks of treatment,and 79.3%in the control group.After 6 weeks of treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores(p<0.05),and the results showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2 Improvement of symptomsAfter 2,4 and 6 weeks,the improvement of cough degree in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.In terms of cough time and sputum volume,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after 6 weeks of treatment.In terms of dry pharynx,itchy pharynx and tongue texture,both groups showed significant improvement after treatment,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The improvement of symptoms in cold limbs,face dullness and tongue image,the treatment group was better than that in the control group.In terms of nasal itching or sneezing and pulse,symptoms were significantly improved in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference in thirst between the two groups.3 visual simulation scoreAfter 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups.After treatment for 4 and 6 weeks,the therapeutic effect of each treatment groupwas better than that of the control group.The score of children in the two groups decreased gradually with the increase of treatment course,and the improvement of cough symptoms in each stage was statistically significant,and the therapeutic effect was the best after 6 weeks.4 Check indicatorsIn terms of the level of exhaled nitric oxide and the percentage of eosinophils,both the exhaled nitric oxide and the percentage of eosinophils in the two groups decreased after 6 weeks of treatment compared with that before treatment.The comparison between the EO%group and the treatment group was better than the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups when FeNO level decreased.ConclusionWenfei huayuyin is superior to Montelukast in improving the clinical symptoms of children with cough variant asthma of Hanyinfufei type,especially in the cough degree,cough time,sputum volume,cold limbs,face dullness and tongue image,etc.,and the curative effect is obviously superior to Montelukast.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of nasal itching or sneezing,thirst and pulse.By comparing the physicochemical indexes before and after treatment,wenfei huayuyin can reduce the level of exhaled nitric oxide and the percentage of eosinophils in children with cough-variant asthma.Cough variant asthma is based on eosinophilic airway inflammation,and exhaled nitric oxide is an indicator of airway inflammation.This subject shows the advantages of TCM dialectical treatment in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,and discusses the relevant mechanism of wenfei huayuyin in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,and provides a clinical basis for the future treatment of children with cough variant asthma of Hanyinfufei type.
